The second year, I noticed when they changed who treated patients, it went a downhill. They had to replace a metallic filling I had because it was cracking and I had a cavity in the molar near it. When they did the filling, there was a gap left between my molars which has become a nuisance. I have to make sure that I floss every single time I eat and it's really annoying. I went back to them and they did add more filling so it kind got better but it's still an issue. I now had a follow up with my previous dentist, who I had seen for more than 20 years before I went to Garden Oaks, and he didn't understand why they didn't fix it properly when I asked them to. It was, in his opinions, a badly done filling. So, now I may have to get fixed in the future if it keeps bothering me. Also, the front desk is always short and rude with people.
