I have high potential for ingrown nails on my big toes and she knows EXACTLY how to clean them so that they are comfortable. I have searched for years for someone that is knowledgeable AND kind and that is what I found. If I have ever not liked a color I chose, she has always been willing to change the color and doesn't make me feel bad because she just wants her customers to be happy. I refuse to go anywhere else and can't recommend Lynn enough! The salon itself is clean, spacious, and does not have an overly strong acrylic smell that many salons can have. I have always been treated kindly. Bring cash to pay (for your own savings) but they accept other forms of payment for a fee. There's also always some sort of promo going on to save a buck so sign up for their texts (they're not excessive texts which is nice). Suggesting I pay for an entirely new set rather than standing behind your work was disappointing. While I understand accidents can happen, accountability is measured by how a business resolves them. Unfortunately, my overall experience--from the injury to the quality of the services and the resolution offered--did not meet the standards expected from a salon with your pricing. The manicure was poorly done, and when I returned two days later to show them the work, they told me they didn't need to do anything about it. Initially, they told me on the phone that they were fully booked, but when I arrived, the place was empty. The owner's attitude was especially unpleasant and unprofessional. reconsiderations to have.. Inconsistent quality of service, Poor customer communication, Dismissive attitude towards customer complaints, Lack of accountability *****I do not recommend this nail salon. I have been getting my nails done at Gossip Nails for over a year now, both manicures and pedicures on a regular basis. Snow, the owner, is absolutely adorable, and so much fun! I tried many salons before finding and settling on this one and have been pleased on every level. The atmosphere is always filled with light-hearted laughter, and the friendly conversations are always inclusive of all of the clients, creating a feeling of family. The knowledge of their craft is evident in the final product and I've seen even the pickiest clients walk out pleased. The prices are very fair, the salon is immaculately clean with constant sterilization, and it's rare that one has to wait more than a moment or two.
