If you are a new patient, Dr Yang really takes the time to understand the area of concern, but also helps educate you on how your body is reacting to combat the pain or injury. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a very welcoming staff. For treatments, it ranges from cupping, acupuncture, and massage. I normally hate needles, but Dr Yang does such a great job that I hardly feel a thing. Each treatment visit can be different based on how your body is reacting to the treatment so not one visit experience is the same. Sinsa not only has healed various injuries I've sustained, but Dr Yang has also educated me on how to prevent moving forward. From Dr Yang, the clean establishment, and the friendly staff, this is such an amazing clinic. If other treatments are not working for you, I highly recommend you give Sinsa and Dr Yang a try... you won't regret it. Koreatown parking is also very difficult, but luckily this complex has their own parking lot (free)!

I was treated by David Di (L.Ac, Dipl. OM), who was informative, concise, and helpful throughout the entire visit. The treatment was very thorough: he started with a consultation where I truly felt heard, and then moved on to a brief massage with acupressure on my problem areas before performing heated cupping and acupuncture. The results have been highly effective. I was slightly sore afterward, but the immense discomfort I've been experiencing from lower back pain and a torn rotator cuff has subsided. I can actually feel the circulation in my shoulder again, and the stubborn knots in my shoulder blade have finally released...thank goodness! It feels so good to know there is such a great acupuncturist to add to my holistic health care plan. I am already looking forward to my follow-up appointment! Oh yeah... parking wasn't bad. You can pay for parking on the corner of Figueroa and Olympic ($15). I am sure you can find street parking, too, but it's worth the peace of mind.

I don't know how he did it, but after just one session my pain was about 80% better. I went back a week later for a second session, and he also helped with arm pain I'd been dealing with on and off for months.

The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and the staff was wonderful. Helen did my scrub and did an excellent job (on the harsher side, which I loved). The only thing missing is food options -- hope they add some in the future.

My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.
