This was one of the worst massages I've had in a while. My husband previously came here and had a good experience with a therapist he tried before, so we decided to book a couples massage. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different and very disappointing. At the beginning, I explained that my back and shoulders were in pain and needed attention. For my back, the therapist mostly used her arms, but it felt like her bones were hitting my spine rather than applying proper pressure. The massage itself felt very inconsistent -- it was really hit or miss. My shoulders, which were one of the main areas I mentioned, barely received any attention at all. For most of the massage, it felt like she was just rubbing her palms across my body rather than actually working the muscles. What was even more frustrating was that the pressure seemed completely off. Areas that should have been lighter were painful, while areas that needed deeper work were barely addressed. She would also do one technique on one side of my body and something totally different on the other side, which made the whole experience feel unbalanced and unprofessional. My husband's massage therapist was unfortunately not good either during this visit, which was surprising because the therapist he had tried previously at this place was actually pretty good. Overall, I feel like we completely wasted our money. I should have just gone to the regular massage therapist I usually see. Very disappointing experience. read more

Came here first time expression cleanliness not the greatest, the lady brought me into a room that it had mold coming out of air conditioning vents it was so obvious you can see the stains even though the lights inside are Dim. They charged me $70 an hour for having the most painful neck massages ever! Not gonna lie I was sore for the next 2-3 days, my neck was throbbing my back felt sore. We always do the couples massage with Dom and Tom two of the great guys so professional so genuinely caring individuals we did the hot stones and the deep tissue massage therapy. I've always had lower back problems, and my wrist was always giving me minor Soreness from playing tennis This is my seventh time and the pain in my wrist and lower back has diminished drastically thanks to Tom and Dom. This was my go to place every time I wanted relax time. I have even wrote a positive review my first time coming here as My experiences here have been great till this last time I went it was quite weird and uncomfortable. I asked for a full thai body massage. Mind you It was my first time getting a massage by a male masseuse. There's nothing wrong but it should've been the red flag for ME. Once he came in prep everything he put my arms on my sides and upon him starting massaging me I felt something weird getting pushed against my hang palm which felt very weird it felt like he was pushing his private part against my hand. After few minutes in the masseuse lift the blanket and asked me to turn over ? I said what ? As I did not have a bra on ! How am I going to turn over and expose my goodies to this man ? Where is my privacy? Why is he lifting the blanket up? I've never gotten asked to turn over on my back NEVER. I was so confused and informed him I will like the massage on my back only. I proceed and stayed to get my money worth. After everything is done & me leaving the room the receptionist asked me how was my experience and how much tip will I leave ? The receptionist was very pushy and tip has always been optional. I actually always leave tip in cash but I definitely did not want to leave a tip this time as it was not a good experience. Mind you I think they just put this receptionist in the back as I always come in through the back but never seen a receptionist in the back they will always direct me to the front. I booked a 1 hour couples massage here from Groupon. It's not much cheaper than paying for it there. We waited for a few minutes when we got there. The masseuse asked me where I wanted her to focus on and I told her. I also told her the pressure I like, but she rarely massaged my shoulders and neck. She used harder pressure in places I didn't need her to, and lighter pressure on my shoulders. I winced in pain when she started using her elbows on my ribs area. I was uncomfortable. I'm not sure if she understood me when I told her to focus on my upper body. At the end, they gave us tea and cookies. My partner got bruises all over his back and he does not bruise easily.
