I had the most excruciating cleaning experience ever. I also had three wisdom teeth pulled that same day. I was awake during the extraction. It took about an hour to have them all pulled. To say my son requires more time and patience than a typical patient is an understatement. Enter Rachel, the dental assistant. She is AMAZING! She jumped right in there and rolled with whatever my son was responsive to. She "understood the assignment". You would think she definitely had to have experience with people like my son in the past. Rachel made us feel super comfortable and was a huge reason that my son's appointment was a success! Dr. Dinesh was our dentist. Dr. Dinesh was great at asking multiple questions about my son and discussing what my son would and wouldn't tolerate. He was extremely receptive and supportive of everything I had to say. Everything on the checklist of a dental exam was completed with no issues. From my first phone call to schedule the appointment to the time I walked out the door after the appointment, each employee was stellar. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I went for a routine cleaning and was told that I had a cavity, I mean I have been going to this dentist for 2 years and now they are telling me I have a cavity? I did not have any teeth problem before this procedure. Now, the filling was done in my wisdom tooth, which again I have never had any trouble with before in my 51 years. The doctor drilled and filled and I went home. My teeth were sensitive but I thought it would go away. It did not. I went back to the clinic because I could not use the left side of my mouth at all. For some reason I got scolded and told how to chew my food by the doctor, they took an xray and lo and behold the filling was too far in. They did 'bite correction', more grinding and sanding and I was sent home. 2 months later, and I still cannot use the left side for chewing at all. SO not only I have super sensitivity in my tooth, I was made to feel like a dumb person who did not know how things were 'done in this country'. Now the only option I have is getting that tooth extracted. I lost my job and have no insurance anymore, so I cannot go and get the procedure done.
