I would have liked someone just on the meat side to help us. The problem I have is with the prices, considering some of the weight of the items are frozen water. Maybe the steaks will be so good, I won't mind. $16/lb for rib eyes. I do like supporting local farms, but I think a fair price should be part of the equation. We'll see!
