He told me that he cannot completely make it clear before working and I saw the result and it was as similar to what I saw before fixing. The chipping on my windshield is a quite old one but now at least shielded from growing. I got to see that there's limitation for the oldness of chipping. Turns out my battery was near death so when they needed to pull it into the stall to start the work it barely started. There's an auto parts store a few blocks away but no way I'd be able to carry a heavy battery there and back in the heat. I called them to see if they'd deliver it for me since it was less than a 5min drive but they refused since I wasn't a commercial account. Well, LPAG to the rescue! They called their contact over there, had the battery delivered, installed it for me, wrapped the cost into my overall bill, and even did a beautiful job on my car's windshield. The best! And to top it off they got the battery at commercial price, saving me over $50, and took care of the core return! Unreal. (Please don't expect them to do any more than windshield work for you - this is meant only to show their good character and willingness to help to me!) The lack of craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. It took several days for them to contact me, and when they finally did, they gave me less than 20 minutes' notice before showing up -- while I was out of town. When the job was done, they left dried sealant inside my car, on my paint, and all over my parking space, which I had to clean up myself. I contacted their rep, Joseph, who apologized and said they'd "make it right," but the follow-up didn't happen until the next day. Even then, the weather stripping was uneven and poorly aligned. When I mentioned that the first crew seemed uneducated for leaving trash everywhere, one of the owners Brian, took it personally and called me "uneducated." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. If this is the kind of company Toyota is trusting with their customers' vehicles, that's concerning. I would never recommend PMC Auto Glass. They clearly lack quality control, respect, and accountability. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
