I purchased four tires from this location, and approximately one week later, I drove the car and discovered that the steering wheel was not properly aligned. It was surprising that my wife had not noticed this issue. I returned to the location, where I was informed that they had only performed wheel balancing, not an alignment. I accepted responsibility and requested that they complete the alignment. A few days later, my daughter was preparing to drive the car and noticed that one of the hubcaps was missing. I contacted the location to inquire whether they had it, but they stated that they did not. As a result, I ordered a replacement from the dealer. Make sure you check your car carefully once you get it back. About a month later, after driving approximately 800 miles since the tire replacement, I took the car to the dealer for service. The dealer informed me that the front left tire had developed a bulge on the sidewall and needed to be replaced. I returned to the tire shop and explained the issue to the employee at the counter. However, he did not come outside to inspect the problem and instead said that I did not purchase warranty and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. When I asked who the manufacturer was, he told me to look it up online. Because I had purchased a non-branded tire, it was difficult to determine the manufacturer. When I eventually contacted the manufacturer (Sailun Chinese garbage), I was informed that the tire shop would need to conduct a warranty evaluation and that there was nothing further they could do directly. In retrospect, I made a mistake by not going to a more reputable provider, such as Costco or a Goodyear tire shop. I did not choose Costco initially because they did not have the required tire size in stock, and I would have had to wait 7-10 days. Given that this situation occurred shortly after a major snowstorm, waiting was not a safe or practical option, as I believed it would have been dangerous to continue driving under those conditions. I would recommend going with Costco and avoiding the garbage Chinese tire Mavis sales or Mavis in general.

They dropped us off at a Walgreens and AAA said they would take 2 hours, so we searched. It turned out, Paul's Carteret Gulf was right around the corner.
