Purchased a new vehicle less than a week ago and had the unfortunate experience of coming out of a store and seeing a nickel-sized dent in my rear passenger door. I was able to get my car in the next morning and what took only an hour and MORE than reasonably priced, was a dent that was essentially 100% gone (95% according to Paul). I seldom review places on yelp but when I do it's because I am thoroughly impressed with a service or customer service I receive. In this case I received both. Paul couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I stopped in and he gave me a written quote in minutes and reassured he could help repair a massive chip I had on my wrangler door down to the paint. I went on my way and when I bought the touch up paint for my car, called to make an appointment. When I called he asked when I was available and I said I'm free today through the rest of the week. He took me in within the hour! He did an awesome job and the cost was very reasonable. He takes pride in what he does and is extremely careful and precise. He told me up front that touch up paint would would not look like a factory finish (which I knew) but his work exceeded my expectations. He did such a good job it's hard to see where the spot was unless your looking right at it. Again, I would highly recommend this place and I'm sure I will be back as my wrangler gets more of those New England winter paint chips. read more

I had quite a large scrape on the right side of my car that went all across the back door. It was maybe three-four feet wide. Having done business with Paul and being beyond thrilled with the results in the past, I went back to Dent'n Scratch to have him take a look at the damage and give me an estimate. After receiving an insanely cheap estimate that I definitely could not have received any where else, I made an appointment with Paul. I was instructed to bring touch-up paint with me to the appointment, which I was able to easily purchase at my car dealership. The day of the appointment, Paul was extremely accommodating and friendly. He worked his magic on my size-able scrape, and within a couple of hours he completely buffed out the scrape, got rid of the rust that was beginning to form around it, and touched everything up so perfectly. I had some very visible damage to my front fender/bumper from scraping the side of my garage whilst exiting. Most estimates I got ranged from $800 to $1600 for repairs. This over 4-5days so an extra $30-40 per day for a rental and of course gas. Paul Donovan at Dent'n Scratch did a quick estimate and a marvelous job of not only matching my silver paint which I believe is the hardest to match but I cannot even see where the dent was. I seriously wish I found them sooner. I just bought a brand new car less than 6 months ago and I had previously had a scratch on one side of my vehicle that I took to another body shop who mismatched the paint, not once but twice! Recently, the car was scratched by a careless teenager and I knew I was not going back to the previous repair shop. Using Yelp I found Dent'n Scratch Magician which was very close to my work. I figured I would take my car there on lunch to get a quote. Not only did I get a reasonable quote but he told me he could fix it before my lunch was over. I could not be happier with the results after having a very obvious and nasty egg-corn dent removed from the hood of my car. I looked around for a place that did paint-less dent removals as my car is brand new and I did not want to have the factory black metallic paint tampered with. After reading the positive reviews here on yelp I knew this was my best bet. The estimate I received was very fair and was the exact amount I paid. Amazing work! I had a bad door ding from shopping cart that also left a small seam. I went to Dent'n Scratch to see what they could do. They looked at it, gave an estimate, and said they could take care of it now if I had the time. I agreed, and I will say this, that door came out AWESOME! If I didn't know where to look, you'd never know the ding was there. Everyone was polite, courteous and honest about what they could do. They definitely exceeded my expectations. The whole process only took about 45 minutes at the most, from the time I arrived until the time I left. Remarkable!!!! Paul looked at the damage of our Dodge Durango Citadel with two puck marks above the rear drivers side wheel caused by a door in a parking lot. He was concerned that he could only fix the dents about 70%. We left the SUV with him and returned an hour later only to see that the dents were gone. He actually got over 95% of the damage repaired. You cannot tell unless you knew where the damage was. Even knowing where the damage was, you have to look extremely careful at a side angle to see only a slight wave. Great work. Paul knows what he is doing. He is our new best friend when it comes to minor body repair. read more

Paul is the man. I don't usually take time to write reviews like this, but the work Paul did to touch up my car (black Honda Civic Couple so scratches stuck out badly) was amazing. Very transparent process where I had him look at the car, he gave me a quote that was a solid price, we set a time for me to bring the car in, and he had it touched up within a couple hours from there. Really happy with the results! Paul knows his work and I wish doing business with everyone was as easy as him. I had a really nice, attentive, aware lady kindly door ding my brand new to me with brand new body work 88 Monte Carlo SS. I called them and the owner picked up right away. He said bring the car by for a quote and made sure to ask me if I knew where they were located. I immediately went down and as soon as I walked in was then back outside looking at my car with the owner. Within minutes I had a written quote and was on my way. This is the third car that Dave at Dent'n Scratch has applied paint protection film to save the front end from stone chips. The level of friendly quality service is beyond expectation. The factory templates for my car did not completely match my 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport, so Dave custom made some parts to ensure full paint coverage. I walked in with a car with 3 bad scratches and I walked out 40 minutes later with a brand new looking vehicle! Paul did a superb job! Paul did a wonderful job on repairing 2 of my cars. I had backed up one of them into the other in the driveway and both had sizable dents. Although he said he wouldn't be able to get it perfect, he got it as close to perfect as possible and all for a very reasonable price. PDR is a great way to remove small to medium sized dents for the fraction of the cost of body shop repairs. I would definitely recommend checking out these guys before spending a fortune at another body shop. read more

My car got a dent on passenger side door when I was driving on highway, I was so worried that the paint is too deeply damaged that I had to have to whole panel repainted. I took the car to Dent'n Scratches to have to damaged checked. Paul was very nice and friendly. He examined the dent and assured me that the paint is still ok and it won't lead to rust. I had 3 door creases (from airport parking) and a big scuff on my less than 10-month old car. I stopped by to get an estimate, which only took a minute. The next day, they removed the 3 creases, and touched up the scuff. The job only took about 90 minutes, and for a very reasonable cost. I took my Caddy in to see if they could repair a golf ball-sized ding in my rear fender that some idiot left me. There was a gouge in it too but Paul got the dent out 100% and made the gouge just about disappear. I was amazed, this guy is good.
