He took my order a Cuban Sandwich and a Pina Colada. The Cuban Sandwich was so tasty and freshly made. It was pressed. The pernil was seasoned perfectly and the pickles gave it the perfect tanginess. The Pina Colada was delicious not too sweet. A refreshing treat on a hot summer day. Next time I see the truck I'll try the empanadas. I've seen them at Skateport in Bridgeport. They also are available for catering and other special events.
