We moved to the area less than 3 weeks ago and noticed there was so many spiders in the area. We knew that just buying the spray wasn't going to suffice and we needed to hire some pros. We got a few quotes from local businesses and continued forward with Authority Pest Management. Best decision! Since they came by (very quickly btw) we have not seen any spiders! I hate bugs!!! Not only because I get huge welts when they bite me, but also because certain bugs are just repulsive. We had found a couple sewer roaches around our property; but since Authority Pest Management has been coming the only bugs we've seen were dead bugs. Came when they said they would. Sprayed they yard, perimeter of the house, sprayed inside and webbed the garage and exterior of the house. Starting to seen dead bugs half hour after they were done. I used their services for a couple of years and was very pleased, until they billed my credit card that was not to be kept on file without my authorization. When i questioned it they became defensive as i told them this was fraud as i did not authorize this. They told me it was stated in my initial contract, i asked them to send me a copy of the contract where it stated they could bill any late fees to my last used card. Instead of them responding and providing me a copy of such contract they simply stopped coming to my house. I acknowledge i was delinquent, but in all my years with them i always paid my invoices whether late or not. The fact that they billed my credit card without my auth and then simply stopped services instead of clarifying the situation was very unprofessional. Be warned of their practices. read more
