If you are looking for a reliable pest control company look no further then Bull's Eye. We have been working with this company for 17 years. And in that 17 year period we only have had 2 technicians. In the last 8 years we have been working Gus. Why is this important, you are not going to have someone new all the time not knowing where your problem area are. I rely on this company a lot. In the 17 years we battled spiders, mosquitoes, fleas, rats in the attic, and gofers in my front and backyard. All have been successfully conquered like a soldier going into battle. I have referred them to so many family and friends who are extremely satisfied with this company. I referred them all without recently seeing they offer a referral fee. So a few days ago my new neighbor came to my house asking me if we are battling spiders and mosquitoes and I said no. Told them why and gave them Gus's card and told them to tell them I sent her. I have attached a few photo's of my home. As you can see my home has a lot of greenery, along with a pool and 4 fountains in the back yard. Used Bulls Eye for a year(last year) technician's were professional and good communication. However very disappointed in the office communication. Every time the sent me the day, I would have to ask for a time frame. The missed on month last summer also. When I called and asked, they were very short with im and stated , Well its been very hot, so we are behind.. I requested mgmt to contact me, which they never did. I've added the text message to prove the gazebo was included. This company care about reviews. They do not care about customer service. You can see that from other reviews. You guys find a way to slide around the truth. For some reason my original review was deleted when I added the update. Do not use this company. Scammer! UPDATE!!!!!! After my review was posted yesterday. I received a call from Jeremy. After seeing the photos of my gazebo failing apart because of termites. Jeremy said if I spoke to him he would have told me to hold off on doing anything. He claims I acted too fast! Wow! Jeremy first started the conversation with hey, you didn't pay for us to do the gazebo. I reminded him that the gazebo was included. I also forwarded a text where he instructed me to cut the palms back so the tent can be fully secured. Then it turned to oh yes we added that service for free? Really yet it's falling apart months later? We got off the phone the first time. He sent me a long text of nonsense. It seemed as though he tried to google some law terms. Fail! I answered him back via text then ,called him. The conversation was pointless! In the sense of me getting a refund of any sort. But very helpful, because he admitted that they did not do any repairs. Yet in the report it states that they were supposed to repair, replace of patch invested lumber. He claims there was infestation in the rafter. No repair done. I've attached pictures of his report. He wanted to charge me extra to fix a door and one rafter. I told him I will have to see how the fumigation went before giving them work. He also stated that the company that we hired had the same report almost year later. I'm not sure why he thought that was in his favor. The new company unlike him went in the attic and inspected the entire property. Not just the rafters and the exterior of the property. There is no reason why 1 year after Bull's inspection and "fumigation." The new company took care of the termites and the repair to the rafters(more were damaged a year later), and the gazebo. The second phone conversation went in circles. Jeremy does not take accountability. He kept saying you should have called the pest control board? Sir my house would have had more damage. He claims that the company that we worked with basically wanted to make money. Not true! They told me to reach out to Bull's Eye, which I did. But for some reason the phone that he called me on yesterday, did not allow me to make the call. It rang once then went to voicemail as though I was blocked. He claims the number that I called and text was his office phone(which sends messages to his cell phone). They don't have a record of my leaving a voicemail. Jeremy has an answer for everything, yet he's responsible for nothing! Jeremy claims there is a two year warranty. There's no documentation that was sent to me that says that. I went back and looked at the documents, I did not see a two year. The only warranty information that I have says it's at the fumigation companies discretion if they would fix the problem. And that refumigation would be at the customer's expense. That's is not a warranty. I've attached that as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

We've had Bull's Eye for a couple years now and cant say enough great things about them. We have a large property that backs up to empty fields and hills. So naturally we get a ton of mice, rats and just about every kind of bug you can think of. Our technician is Shaun Gyssels and this guy does an amazing job. Puts out bait boxes, provides some sticky pads for my problem areas and it's awesome to see the decline of bugs after he services our home. Aside from his performance, Shaun is a friendly, down to earth guy. Easy to talk to and we always end up striking up conversation when he comes over. Shane (pest technician) goes above and beyond what a customer asks for. Lately, due to our neighbors lack of cleaning and taking care of their yards... we are having vermin issues. So glad that they have the service of trapping and then taking the vermin away. No need for customers to touch any of that. Today Shane came out to take them away after a service call I put with Bull's Eye. Shane is so respectful, responsible and professional. He/they are all thorough and even sweep under the eaves, which I appreciate cuz webs can accumulate. We've had NO ants, minimal spiders (outdoors), none indoors. I have a gated property so they would show up for nothing since no one was home. I sent an email and they never got back to me. I never knew I'd be able to say I love a pest control company. I've been using them since 2017 when someone knocked on my door selling their quarterly service and I'm so glad I took a chance that day. They have never been anything short of great. They come promptly for my quarterly service and will even come out anytime I call them in between, and it's never taken more than a day or two. Today, their service technician Gil went above and beyond and cleared underneath all of our patio furniture to try and help our spider issue and also sprayed for ants that were infesting our fruit trees.
