One of the first things you should know about my neighborhood in Temecula is that it is built on an enormous anthill. This means we have plenty of ants and, as fate would have it, lots of subterranean termites. I found out about the termites the hard way; a piece of molding cracked in my bathroom and voila! Termites. I went out to bid to get these little monsters eradicated and selected BODS to do the extermination. Jason broke down the process and explained the options, and offered a very competitive bid with very effective product. We have been using Bods for four years and they're great! the used to service our home in a neighborhood and when we moved to property, they solved all our pest problems! our barn was infested with milkweed beetles and they took care of it in a day with no issues with our animals being affected. the new house also had earwigs, black widows, and small beetles, and once they started spraying, we had no problems at all anymore. My review is not on the actual service. I have decided to leave a review here to make note not to call them again as I believe I have in the past. I have received quotes from multiple places and it appears this company is not only the highest but significantly higher than other companies. I believe he is price gouging perhaps just me because he didn't like that I don't need year round service. $185 for just one visit. No guarantee. I don't have any major issues. I might get occasional spiders during the summer only and why am I going to pay year round if I don't have an issue? A few years ago I had ants. Last year I had two roaches. I actually think I called them a few years ago and their prices were outrageous in comparison to others. So not sure where these amazing reviews are coming from. It's not that hard to spray for 15min nor is it that expensive for the product itself to feel the need to charge $185 for ONE visit! Even with gas prices these days. Pretty ridiculous and just unethical. Update: reply to the owner.. I am posting a snapshot as it's not just $35 over. You stayed $185 per visit! The other person also uses high quality products and gave me a guarantee of 4 months! Not per visit! So please don't come at me like this because you are only showing how you react when something doesn't go your way. Now I see where these false reviews came from. Not a good business practice to come at someone for sharing how they feel. You are overpriced period! I do t care what product you use. $185 for one visit is unethical! So come at me again. It seems that exterminator prices have jumped since the last time I hired one, but it seems to be across the board, so I can't hold it against BODS. The ants were gone within a day, so we got what we paid for and can't complain. Their warranty was 3 years while the other vendors would only give 1 year. Because we need our house to be tented I was really concerned about our roof tiles. We live in Sun City and were having a horrible ant problem in the house for days. Every summer the ants make their self comfortable in our place. We tried natural remedies and eco bug sprays, nothing helped. I reached out to a few local Pest Control Companies. I chose BODS and requested Pet Friendly spray. Lowell arrived the time I requested. He immediately began explaining the procedure to me. He was very thorough and professional. Lowell then went around the house and removed all the spider webs which I thought was an added bonus. Then he sprayed the bug spray all around the outside of the house. Lowell did warn me that spiders take a bit longer to get rid of. Our first spray was three weeks ago and we have not seen any ants or other critters in the house. Not even one ant has made it into the house. We will be getting sprayed every two months for a year.
