Clarence was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my (many!) questions. His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs. Even better, they use kid- and pet-friendly practices, which gave me peace of mind as a mom. The next day, after we caught two rats overnight, I called again to ask if it was possible for more traps. Clarence was in my house the very next day, he presented an estimate and made it clear to understand. We had a problem with ants coming into the home last summer and were able to handle them with feeder traps quickly. This summer was a completely different story. We decided to request quotes for ant elimination and integrity had the lowest price by far! Of course, with lower price you expect the service to be worse. Nothing could be further from the truth. I enrolled in the quarterly service for a $95 initial fee and $95/quarter after that. My wife was home for the initial service. Clarence and his son arrived and took care of the whole house. They sprayed for ants and other insects, removed all the cobwebs in and around the house, sprayed for spiders and offer rodent and pest removal for free. Plus they'll return at the first sign of trouble for free. I didn't see an ant when I came home that day and haven't seen one since, it's been about a week! If you live in Wildomar then you'd agree that the city seems to have been built on top of an ant hill. Never. Ending. Ant. Problems. Also, black widows are ALWAYS afoot! With keeping my better half happy (ants = DefCon 5) and the kids and dog safe while they romp around the yard... obviously Pest Control was an absolute must. I had tried a few other local pest control companies (shout out to the small businesses!), but also including two "big name" companies, and I wasn't satisfied with any of them. Then I found Clarence and Integrity Pest Elimination and I've been with them now for 6 years, and I can't imagine going with another company. Hands down, the best service you're going to find. Not just in actual pest control service, but also CUSTOMER service. I have been on a yearly plan where I pay quarterly when they schedule to come out, but in just the couple times I've been invaded between services... Clarence has ALWAYS gone out of his way to send someone over, if not come himself, to respray and take care of a full service for FREE. Then of course Clarence might just call and check up on you on a whim to make sure you're good to go for no other reason than he's a solid SOLID dude that wants to make sure his customers are happy with the services he provides. When they come out, they sweep for cob webs and clear spiders up high and in dark places (they're EVERYWHERE out here in the valley), then they spray everything around your perimeters of the property, around the inside and outside of the house and all the crevices in between, and of course in the garage. Then, if you have any, Integrity will refresh/set up any mouse/rat traps with new food baits and clean it all up in the area to maximize efficiency. By the time they leave, you will look like a cross between a Gandalf level Wizard and Captain America saving the day to your family. Ok, maybe I just think that. A.J. answered my questions and scheduled my free inspection with Clarence, the owner, for the next morning. Clarence let me know when he was on his way, and spent much time on his 93-point inspection, including pics and videos of the problem areas of the roof, not just the attic. He identified many possible places of entry. He provided me a quote with an extensive guarantee without any pressure whatsoever to commit to the project. Clarence, I appreciate you reaching out to me, but reading through your past reviews, you have had issues with Pam. The first time I spoke to Pam I mentioned I already had an appointment between 4-5 with a different company but if she can have someone come out earlier I would cancel the original appointment. If not, I would reach out to my husband to see which company we would go with. I missed her call and called her back within 10 minutes. I called and spoke to Pam a second time who confirmed she can have someone out from 3-4 pm. I agreed and said book it and provided her my address. I am not sure where the miscommunication was because I was very clear as to scheduling the appointment the second time I spoke to her. I have her message along with time stamped phone record that shows when I initially called, when I missed her call and when I called back to confirm the appointment. I would be more than happy to email you the records. I also sent a text message immediately after to inform the second bee company to cancel the scheduled appointment. Bottom line, the appointment was booked. All I can say is there are 2 sides of the story. As a customer, if I schedule an appointment, I expect the scheduling to be done correctly. read more

First off, I have not tried Integrity Pest Control Service. And you may be wondering why I give them 5 stars. I was looking for a gopher exterminator on Yelp and requested a quote from the first one showed up in the search list. Yelp asked if I wanted to have my inquiry sent to additional businesses and of course I agreed. Within a very short time, I got my first response saying they did not provide that service. After a few more additional minutes, I received 2 more responses and both said the same thing. I let out a sigh in disappointment because I just had my lawn completely redone and the very next day a fresh pile of dirt showed up from the edge of my beautiful lawn. Ahhhh!!! But reading further, the response from Clarence of Integrity included a referral to his go-to guy on gopher extermination. Yes, now there was hope because it was difficult to find pest control companies that deal with gophers. I thanked Clarence with much appreciation. This is why I give Integrity 5 stars for him truly reading my request and giving me a referral on his own initiative instead of just saying no like the others. That to me showed that he cared enough to give me someone who may be able to help me with my gopher problem. I will certainly come to Clarence for other pest control services when I have the need.
