Source Peat Control immediately responded and had a technician come out the very next day. Awesome! They put down traps. We haven't caught the rat yet, but the traps are picking up all kinds of weird looking bugs lol grosssssss! But glad they are being caught. Poor lizard though! Hoping we catch the rat soon... I did receive multiple quotes from others and have consultations with other pest control companies but ultimately Jason was very open and honest about what his service includes and what to expect from it which was a plus. I also think his pricing/plans he offers are very reasonable and fair for the service he provides .

Ant baits work when ants carry the poison back to the nest and feed it to the others and queen ant. This collapses the entire colony. Last year Ryan came out and found 6 colonies and I had no more ants, but this year it did not work. THE ANTS MULTIPLIED AND DOUBLED. When Ryan left last week, he said to call him if I had any problems, however, when I contacted him via several text messages and 3 phone calls, here is what I got: " He texted that he had a birthday party and would be out of town till early next week." I texted back and asked when he'd return and be available. He texted and said Tuesday and Wednesday. Moving forward, he never contacted me further, he choice to TOTAL GHOST ME. I'm a nice kind person and I did PAY RYAN CASH, however, I refuse as a customer TO BE GHOSTED AND TREATED IN SUCH A DEPLORABLE MANNER. I do understand that ants can return and I HAD INTENDED TO PAY RYAN MORE MONEY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, HOWEVER, HE TOTALLY BECAME INVISIBLE. I'm always nice, polite, professional and kind. I'm a senior citizen and very respectful to everyone. I never had any negative words nor did Ryan when I saw him last at my home, HOWEVER I TOTALLY REFUSE TO BE TREATED IN SUCH AN EGREGIOUS AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. We had a big problem with black and brown widows, so I called around before deciding to go with this company. The first thing I really appreciated about him was that he never once tried to put down his competitors while we were on the phone in order to deter me from their business. (This, unfortunately, is not something I can say about ProPacific, when I called them.) The second thing I really liked was the fair pricing, which was better than that of the other companies I called. The owner of the company is who I spoke with, and he is also who came out to spray the house. He seemed so honest, was open to giving good advice, and didn't try to push us to join a plan (though the company does offer a couple of different ones that sounded pretty cost effective it if that's something you are interested in). We are very happy with Southwest Pest and will definitely call them to come out again next time! And I also meant to mention that they were very prompt. I called in the morning, and they came the very same day! read more

In 2010 we meet Brook from Southwest pest control. He came out and we discussed the best treatment for our house and surrounding landscape. He explained what he would do and cost, after that we started the service. Southwest pest control has been are only pest control service since moving to Murrieta. The price is right and service exceptional. I wouldn't trade services with any other provider. Every chance I get I recommend Southwest pest control to whom ever may ask. Very knowledgeable, honest and professional, I had concerns of little bugs by window sills and a little bit of everywhere around the house. I called Southwest Pest and Brook was very helpful with my situation. He arrived within 15 minutes or less from the call and inspected "the Bugs" which were to be determined as springtails. I am so grateful for southwest pest. I had an ant problem and called the company that I already had a contract with at the time. They told me they couldn't come out until almost a week later. So I started making calls and came across southwest pest control. I told them my problem and they immediately came out and I have not had any pest problem since. read more
