WRONG ..... these idiots didn't do not a single thing, and this is how I know .... When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. While the truck i got is a beautiful truck cosmetically, the kind of work they put in to the truck is not be the best. From the moment I test drove my truck, I had brought up the fact that the bed was jumping too much and rattling whenever I tried to go over 65mph. The salesman had assured me that it was normal (it's not, trust your gut). A couple of weeks after, the truck was just not riding smoothly. I had contacted them and they referred me to the shop that did the work and when I took it, turns out my gut was right. The rear shocks were upside down, which was the cause of why the rear was bouncing all over the place. Anyways, the shop fixed it by turning it upside down. However, those shocks are compromised. You'd expect the dealership to replace the shocks since it was unprofessionally done but business is business. Again, do your research before buying any of their vehicles.

Running someone's credit after giving them false confidence and then cutting off communication is irresponsible and unprofessional. If approval was unlikely, that should have been stated upfront instead of wasting my time and hurting my credit. Ali Altaee should be reprimanded for this behavior.
