The tint was cut so badly and was no where near the measurement needed for the window size... so I was left with a huge strip running down the side of the window as well as a huge part of the top of the window uncovered. Went to get my entire interior detail done and they didn't even shampoo my carpets or seats... went home to whip down my dashboard and control panel and it was brown still. Paid over 100 for this and it was a waste of money my seats and carpet are completely dry and still dirty. Gave it a chance because it's close but I won't be coming back here. read more

Bad craftsmanship on window tint. They did a 4" scratch on the window tint. And deliver like that any way . That to me is like a " I don't give a f... install" And on top of that I was told I have a 50% chance in getting it right because they can't do anything with air bubbles. Shop helped me out with welding up and 02 Bung in my Downpipe as the existing one got broken off when I tried to remove the sensor.. They told me to bring the pipe down and he welded it up for me and it looks greats.. Will definitely return for them to do more work.. read more

I purchased my vehicle thru Carmax and about a month into it my CD player stopped working. Under warranty I was covered but Carmax doesn't do radio repairs so they sent me over to Auto Addictions. I have a very crazy last minute work schedule and they were able to get me in there with no issues, I even had to reschedule because I got called into work, no problem! They rescheduled me later in the week told me it would take about 30 mins to remove the system and 7-10 days to get the parts to replace. Well, I was there for about 30 mins on a Tuesday and they called me by the next Friday telling me the parts were in 4 days if you haven't counted lol. I asked if they had Saturday hours which they did, and was told I could come in any time between 10-2. I was there by 12 and out by 12:20. Quick and easy, friendly staff! Would not recommend. Back in February 2015 I bought a back up camera with the radio installations from Best buy and now I wish I had waited for them to install it. Since I had to wait for a month from Best buy I went to Auto Addictions and the owner will talk you sweet things in your ears like how they are the best in the industry and how Best buy is not. Well I listened and I ended up paying over $400 more than Best Buy and didn't get exactly what I explained I wanted. So, I paid over $400 and I got less than want i wanted?, Well yes thats what happened. First they have to order the product and you don't know what you're getting until the product is installed. Despite the fact that I told them what I bought they purchased a lower product that doesn't have a lot of the things that I had with the one I bought from Best buy. Then he will say how he upgraded the screen and did not charge me. Wait, I thought I was paying for what I got! Total non sense. I had a CD on the CD player and they didn't even check to see if there was something there. So now I have a CD in the old radio. I have noone to blame but myself because I have always felt that they are just for the money and not really for the customer. Lesson learned. Ive been going there for years for my window tint. They have always done good work.

Long story short, I had to get a headlamp assembly replaced on my car. I needed it done quickly, because a headlight was permanently out (it was a faulty ballast on an HID light), and cheaply, because the problem occurred long after I could file an insurance claim. The assembly had also taken on water, so there was no getting around the fact that it was a total replacement job. A new HID assembly would have cost way too much for my tastes, but Auto Addictions was able to get a good price on a set of halogen assemblies for my car. Once the parts were in, they installed them within a day, and so far, they appear to work perfectly. Auto Addictions even fixed some minor fender damage that I had from a year ago at no extra charge (something I had been meaning to do, but it was at the bottom of my list of expenses). I don't think this is the usual type of work they do, but they did it very well. The gentleman who did most, if not all of the work was named Will; very professional and clearly knows what he's doing. I would definitely recommend them to someone in the same situation! read more
