My tint was done fairly quickly only 3 hours from time of drop off to time of pick up!!! Also, there was one bit that was not on all the way and the guy came right out and fixed it up!!! I would definitely go here with my need car tint needs and maybe Audio if I ever have the funds!!! Check em out they have many options and all percentages available with the best 3M tint out there, they can even do your front windshield with a clear tint to help with the heat in your car!!!

We were looking for a company to apply PPF to our new vehicle. We called and spoke to Jeremy who…read moreidentified himself as the store manager. After a brief conversation to determine if they could provide this service we drove the 40 miles to their location. Jeremy went over the details of application and price. We accepted the quote, booked a date and made a deposit. We indicated this was our only vehicle and was told they get a corporate discount with enterprise and would take us to pick up a car. We asked if we need to contact enterprise as was told NO. The day we were to drop off the car Jeremy was not there. A woman, name unknown was there. After we explained why we were there she proceeded to ask for all of our information again. Seemed strange as we had already provided this information to Jeremy. We told her that Jeremy was supposed to be there with his truck to show us the PPF installed on his windshield. We waited close to 2 hours only to be told that Jeremy was on a job and wouldn't be in. We were told they would take us to the car rental in our vehicle. This was unsettling but agreed. Got to enterprise car rental only to be told they had no cars to rent us. At one point they tried to rent us our own vehicle!!! At this point we had had enough, told the woman we were canceling and wanted our deposit refunded. She said to drop her off at the Chevy dealer and she would get a ride back to JC Customs from her boyfriend. I guess she didn't trust us to drive her safely back to her workplace. We refused told her we were all going back together so we would have a receipt for our refund. There was no apology given, no attempt to make things right. Jeremy made no attempt to reach out to us. The customer service is nonexistent with JC Customs. If you're looking for a company for PPF applications keep looking, this company is not worth hiring.

Upon arrival they inspected my vehicle and found a few issues that could be causing the problem. They discussed these with me and gave me a fair price to resolve the issue. Eduardo was friendly and honest - not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Their shop has a wide variety of car and boat audio products from kicker, alpine, massive, Rockford Fosgate, and others. My prior visits to this store were all good. Today was different…read more My 2 YO Advance AGM battery wasn't holding a charge. I went in for a battery check. The lady at the counter resisted testing it. She rather rudely questioned me . She challenged if I had bought the battery at that store. FINALLY, she condescended to check my battery. My battery tested weak. The lady said I should take my battery home and charge it. I asked about my Advance guarantee and she said they replace the battery ONLY if they charge it and it then fails testing. Note: she told me they only in response to my specific request. Also note: she NEVER offered to test for warranty. What a disappointing encounter. This was unlike any I've ever had at this store or at other Advance store around the country.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered something online last night…read more This store is 80 miles from me but the only store showing the merchandise in stuck. So I ordered it with only option, store pickup. Today I was ready to drive 80 miles for it but was wise and called to make sure they have what I ordered. Guess what! They didn't! And the explanation of my question, why is that I haven't been notified about this? " I have no idea, I don't know who was here last night! " For real??? They asked my number and email address in the order form and my order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes later, yet they haven't noticed 18 hours later they don't even have it!!! I'm glad I called! This is a joke, these employees should be fired!!!
