This place is great! I came in for an insurance claim. No issues at all with the insurance company. I also wanted to get some work done that was going to be out of pocket. Orest gave me a quote. I was happy with it. So I decided to have him go ahead with the work. He set me up with a rental car right away. He also told me it would take no longer than 2 weeks. (I had a decent amount of work that needed to be done.) While my car was being worked on. Orest periodically called me just to let me know what was going on. He not only was able to get my car finished well before the estimated time. The quote he gave me actually ended up being cheaper in the end. I will definitely come back to this shop if need be. I managed to back my 2012 Prius hatchback into something and broke the little window under the spoiler and badly scratched the spoiler itself. Toyota quoted me ~$2,400 for just the window and spoiler, but Rizza fixed the window, repainted the spoiler, buffed out other old scratches on the car, did an exterior and interior detail and repaired some latches that was supposed to hold a panel under the car. I'm probably forgetting other work, but the cost was less than $900! Wonderful work! Highly recommended! read more

Vlad is our go to guy for any and all body/paint work. He has worked on 4 different cars of ours from bumper repair to major major damage, including frame work. We insist the insurance work is done there, so we can have some honesty and control in the repair work. Vlad is straight up with you, on cost issues, timing and scope of work. He will not let insurance adjusters short cut the work either. When you get in a mess, get your car to a place you can trust, even if you have to tow it a little further. I have a 2014 Honda CRV. The first month I bought this car I smashed the front by turning into the left lane Vlad the owner body shop he assessed the damage and recognize that this car needed more work to be done then the insurance company initial said. Well after a couple of days Geico insurance company recognize he was correct and approved the damages. This to me shows that Vlad is very accurate at predicting what will need to be repaired. Here is what was awesome about bringing it to this shop. Vlad helped me argue with the insurance company to put OEM parts from Honda Not After market bumper, lights, and what not. This was huge for me because it was a brand new car! originally my insurance company did not want to honor this but with the help of Rizza he made it happen!!! Not to mention the shop is clean, free pop, free filtered water, and tv. Also when I got there to drop the car off he had enterprise waiting for me. Broad my car after accident to Rizza. Got good estimate first ($2900). When came to take my car the bill was double to the estimated amount ($5600). When I told the owner about my dissatisfaction he refuse to take my credit card and insist to bring cash only. He impound my car for another day till I brought all the cash. On a top it they broke the rear lamp which was not in the accident and my trunk still does not close correctly. i would never recommend this place to anybody. I am in process of suing the guy. read more
