The people were great! Very friendly and understanding, I got a car that I absolutely love it's a great 2010 Acura TSX, but they sold me the car without a thorough inspection. The cabin air filter is completely dirty, leaves all over it completely black, most of the interior lights don't work, the seat are torn which is why seat covers are there, the left fog light is broken, the right low beam light is out, but overall I did want a project car though. Only thing I didn't like is how they upcharged I believe 4K from the online price and stated the price of the car which was actually 2k less on their website but overall loved the interaction and the car so I'm happy! read more

If you want a stressful, terrible, non-communicative experience, topped with a whole lot of rudeness, terrible customer service and a 7000 LEMON, purchase a vehicle here. They sell lemons and are completely fine with doing so. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would in a heartbeat! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We recently purchased a vehicle from them and have regretted it since the first week. The owner, Ray, is a complete money-hungry moron and a liar. Jan, the rude office lady, also goes behind Ray's back to try to make deals and promises she cannot keep. (For example, telling us she have the mechanic switch the tires out when Ray wasn't around because the ones on the vehicle were completely bald.) It is clear that she has to do things like this often because he is okay with selling broken and unsafe vehicles. When purchasing the vehicle we were told there was nothing wrong with it and even "I would purchase this car for my own son." Within 2 months the vehicle has left my daughter stranded four times due to multiple issues...everything from power steering belts to radiator to AC issues. They have kept the vehicle several times to "make repairs" per our warranty and then promise there are NO error lights on only to find out there are EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do not communicate and then will talk to you crazy when you are upset that you have no idea what's going on with the 7000 vehicle you purchased. On another occasion while keeping the vehicle "for repairs" for another 3 days, they used all the gas (a full tank) and Mr. Cheap walked across the street to put $10.00 back in it ONLY after we brought this to his attention. After all of these issues, the car broke AGAIN. This time, after a lot of pleading, we were told (by Ms. Jan AND Mr. Ray) that the vehicle could be traded and we could pay or finance the difference on a newer vehicle. The finance paperwork was complete, and we were waiting on the insurance agent. During this time, Ms. Jan decided to run her smart mouth again and try to speak to my daughter in a very rude manner stating that "In the real world...." She is extremely belittling and jut plain rude because she dislikes her job and her boss. She was screaming, crying, and yelling about how stressed she is and how her blood pressure is high. (again) Mr. Ray then decided he was going to change his mind and not allow us to switch the vehicle out and this was also after we brought our own mechanic to show him what was wrong with it. He then told my daughter to "leave his property." I called to ask about the plates (it's been 3 months!!!) and he hung up on me after I told him legal action would be taken. A few months ago I went and traded in my truck for a Nissan Altima. It was a fair trade paperwork was finalized. A few days later they send two random guys that I've never seen work to my house stating that they did not like the deal that was made and that they would give me my truck back for the Altima I told them that a deal was made and finalized and I was not giving it back. A week later they went to my job a stole the Altima I went there with my grandma and they insulted me and my grandmother and pretty much forced me to take my truck when I got my truck back my coolant was bone dry my radio broken and my license plate messed up if I could give no stars I would nobody should ever go there read more

This location also rents Uhauls trucks and trailers. So my review is on that portion. I had no experience with buying a car here. I walked in and said I had a reservation for a Uhaul truck, the guy looked at me and said rudely, "That's the only truck I have". So maybe he doesn't like making money IDK. Didn't feel welcome there at all. Needs improvement on customer service or just how to simply talk to people right. He then made sure I was not taking it out of town. He gave no inspection or checklist on the truck before I rented it. Truck was dirty on the inside with cigarette butts and ashes throughout truck around seats. My mom bought a car through them and was told the car would be one price but when my uncle went in to pay cash for the car they overcharged him. He paid 5000 cash for this car. She took possession of the car and noticed there was a noise, she immediately contacted Ray Carter and explained what was going on he then told her he had to order the part and would fix it. Then covid caused some lockdowns, he then told her it was too late he couldn't help her. She broke down on the side of the road having to spend 175 to be towed home. She then called him again, he said he would have a mechanic look at it but she had to tow the car to him. Which was another 75 dollars. When she towed the car there they looked at it and let it run for over an hour which caused the head gaskets to blow. He did not inform her that they were busted so when she picked up the car thinking it was fixed she broke down again. She took the car to another place and they told her what the problem was and it would now cost 1700 worth of parts and labor. This place should be shut down, the customer service is trash and so are the cars. I'm writing a report to the better business bureau as well. PLEASE stay away from this place. She has not driven the car for two weeks consistently before it broke down, now she is out of the tow money and cost of this lemon. They won't return her calls or even mail her the title of this overpriced junk car. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They sold a falsely advertised lemon to my daughter who is a young single mother of 2 small children a car that couldn't pass inspection and was unsafe to drive. My daughter is learning a tough lesson about not having someone knowledgeable about cars go with her to check out a car. She paid for the car in full $6000 + TT&L. We have made appointments to bring car in and let them see the issues. Conveniently when we arrive on time to the appt, there is no one there. All for tires were bald, 1 had belts showing. All 4 tires were different sizes. Had a flat on the side of road with her little ones. My daughter can change a tire, however, the spare did not fit her car. Nor was there a jack. Inside they used what looks like black nail polish to try to clean up the buttons for windows on the doors. My daughter has already spent $2000 in parts and almost another $1000 in labor just to get her car where she can get kids to daycare and her work. Turns out she would have done better to fix her old car. So BEWARE..... read more
