This part was ordered on 3 different occasions and the team was unable to provide a part with correct clips to mount. After they failed to put the new one on, the original was re-mounted. Upon returning home and under closer review, our emblem is damaged (looks like a screwdriver was used to try to pry the emblem off) and when confronted I received a lackluster answer "Could be a rock chip" yeah....no. Only returning to the service team because we get free oil changes for life but otherwise we will not be allowing the techs to touch our vehicle. $70k car....would think y'all would treat it with more respect.

When you are done, you start getting communication from five different people to complete your process. Every single person tells you, you are done...and youre not. Every single new phone call comes with a new application process or paperwork that is not done. The last person finally told me I was ready to go.And they had an express appointment for me to pick up my car. When I was six minutes away, I get a phone call to complete the process... Needless to say I was very upset. I finally get there and have to fill out a lot of the paperwork I already filled out because, for some reason, it was not filled out. After all was said and done, despite the promise of an express process, they now had to go get the car and clean it because it was not ready to go. The car was great and I have not had issues with it and the price was good... But if only they could work on the service.

Reasonable pricing. Fast turnaround around. Why only 4 then? 3% charge if using credit card. Which most people do as who carries $600 around ? Many charge 3%. BUT here's my rub - No accounting - dealer claims I paid cash for the repairs and charged me 3% - that means they don't claim the 3% as income AND I can't claim the 3% as expense. My receipt does the repair work and cash paid - not the extra $60 for processing. Moreover they said the debit card is not subject to the 3% charge. Why? Same processing service. Finally - they don't tell you up front - which is something the service advisor should do out front. Heads up to the 3% or use debit card - or get the cash. I would have saved $60. Seems like a little bit it's really not. Bit not enough to lose more than one star

The next day they call us back just to tell us they have sold the car to someone else!!! End of call they said they would call us back. Never did. We ended up calling them back and the next 1-2 phone calls they were running us in circles but this time telling us there was too many issues with the car and they can't sell it to us. Don't think about getting a car here unless you want your "purchase in progress" sold right behind your back.
