I needed to get my passenger side mirror and housing replaced after getting into a tangle with a garbage can on a narrow road. After shopping online around I found a replacement part, but I decided that I didn't want try replacing it myself as it involved pulling out interior door panels which can be a pain. I went to yelp to see what shops had good reviews near my work and decided to give this place a try. I called them up to get a quote and they gave me a reasonable price for what would probably be about an hour or so of work. The guys were super friendly when I dropped the car off. I gave them my phone number and they said they'd call when the work was done. An hour later they called and I came to pick up the car. The guy there handed me the keys and said "No charge". WHAT?! Yeah, he said that they did it in less than 20 mins, so they weren't going to charge me for it as long as I keep them in mind if I need any more work done. It would have taken someone less skilled at least an hour to pull off the door panels, replace the mirror housing, hook up the electrical, etc. These guys are amazing and they clearly want to make their customers happy. The good folks at this shop did a good job restoring my car to the shape it was in before the collision. Where they went above the call of duty was when electrical problems arose afterwards they spent several hours with me repairing what they could and having the dealership bill them instead of me for what they couldn't. This is by far the best body shop I have ever been to. My car was in an accident and I had gone to several shops that were giving me outrageous estimates and trying to get over on me. I brought my Tahoe here and they gave me an estimate that was not only affordable but fit in the price that the insurance wanted to give me. Shane and Alex were both beyond helpful and friendly and answered my millions of questions and took amazing care of my tahoe and had it fixed very fast! I had picked this place based on the great reviews. I have a 2007 G35 and I was involved in an accident that damaged the front right side of my car. Originally it seemed like they had done a wonderful job on my car. Fast forward 6 months and slowly the quality of their work is really showing. My high/low pressure lines for my AC had been rubbing against each other and created a hole. The Infiniti dealership had originally quoted me $1200 to get it fixed but I decided to have the them fix it since they had seem to do a good job previously. Auto body express quoted me about $500 to get it all done. Great right?! Well I should of known it was too good to be true because a couple weeks later the lines all fell apart. I had it towed back to Infiniti and they told me that the auto body had not properly re-aligned everything and that's why things keep coming apart. Now it's going to cost me over 2k to get it fixed. I do not recommend having your car fixed here and will not be taking my car to have them fix it for a third time. read more

We have taken our cars to Auto Body Express on a few occasions. The first time we brought a car to them was to fix a terrible repair job that had been done by another shop. Alex was very helpful in showing us what the other shop missed and why our car was still making rattling noises and why the appearance was not quite right. Could have not found a better place to get my car fixed. I had to get two doors replaced due to an accident I had. I did not think my car had any chance of looking the same as when I bought it from the dealership. Shane and his crew did an amazing job. From first meeting Alex impressed me with his friendly, no nonsense, and clear explanation of what I needed to repair my vehicle and process my insurace claim.
