I found LAX Body Shop on a Saturday and stopped in to see if they worked with insurance. The answer was immediately yes! Then, I asked if I could just get an estimate without dropping my car off for overnight. Yes again! AND.. he called a parts shop and secured the parts for my car that same day! I did a photo estimate with my insurance, then agreed to bring my car in on Monday for the estimate. They already had the parts ordered so I dropped the car off on Monday and they gave me a ride to work!! I can't say enough good things about this shop! The car would have been done in a week, but the insurance took longer to get the paperwork completed. The shop finished the work quickly, washed my car, and even polished up the other headlight cover!! The cost was exactly what the insurance approved- with the supplemental estimate from the shop- and the process was so smooth and everyone at the shop so friendly and helpful! Since the bank was closed, this was a major inconvenience. I found the owner, Christeen M., to be extremely unprofessional and rude when discussing the issue. A business shouldn't have long-standing issue of not having a functioning credit card machine. Thankfully, Jose was helpful, but I don't recommend this shop. I was going to bring my Infiniti here for repairs, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
