My stepdad (almost 80 years old) got his truck worked on here. They charged him for a full replacement of a part, only for him to look and see they charged to put the same exact part back in. Super unethical to take advantage of your elderly clients. Don't trust these scam artists. read more

Hit a deer and Auto Body Super Center was who our insurance had us go to. They said the truck would be ready the next day. No word from them. Then when we talked to them, they said the wrong part was ordered. TWO WEEKS later still waiting!. We had to contact them EVERYTIME. When we got it back, it was obvious there was no new parts, front just straightened, licence plate just screwed back on, not even with a new holder. Paperwork showed parts put on, and charged for them,but just heated up and straightened, and not very well. WILL NOT RECOMMEND! read more

ABSC did a fine job on the repair of our Bolt EV. While it was a minor collision, we were worried about all the cameras being damaged or compromised. They checked everything out and re-established all the complicated computer stuff. They are good communicators and worked quickly to finish the repair and help with the insurance claim. I would definitely go back there, but I hope I don't have to, haha! Highly recommended. P. S. I do NOT live in San Francisco, confusing! read more

A big shout out to autobody supercenter ! Having been a previous owner of an auto body shop, there's more to the job and making something shiny. Customer service is where auto body supercenter shines.! They helped my daughter, a freshman college student at University of Idaho with the whole process of the repair. While they fixed a scratch on my car well, they did not know how to properly do their job. I had concerns that I expressed to them, yet they ignored my need for an alignment test and need to check the mechanics of my car. Instead they fixed a scratch that I did NOT tell them to fix and ignored my need for an alignment test, since it was reported that my car was not safe to drive. They informed me my car was ready without even looking at the alignment, the main concern i had. They gave me my car back and let me drive down the road before I had to go back and tell them what they missed. In my initial report of that happened, I had concerns over the alignment yet they chose to blantanly ignore that. It was negligent and dangerous to let me drive without even looking at the alignment after I said in person I needed an alignment test. If you absolutely need to get your car fixed you could bring it here, otherwise it's best to choose a place you are familiar and happy with. Just try to stick to cosmetic issues with this place. read more

Insurance process took a while, so they had plenty of time to order necessary parts, etc and when we dropped it off to get fixed, they gave us an estimated "week to week and a half" turn-around time. Fast forward to the end of 2 weeks, my husband tried to call countless times to check on the progress as we hadn't heard anything. No answer, so he left a message. Rinse and repeat that 'call, no answer, left message' process for about a week, until we finally determined an in-person visit was the only way to speak to someone. I had to schedule time away from work and my husband did as well, to make the fairly quick but incredibly inconvenient trip to the shop just to speak to someone. My husband was given the news that they thought the car might be totaled, but they were waiting on confirmation and should have that by the end of the week. Fast forward to the following week, and once again, no word from the shop. No answer to his calls and no returned call from the left messages. So once again, we scheduled time away from both our jobs to physically go to the shop and speak to someone. We were told that the car was indeed totaled and they had known since the week before. The receptionist apologized and said she should have called. Unfortunately, they made a difficult situation even more difficult, at least doubling the time our family of 5 (4 drivers) was down to one car, so I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone.

They told me it would be fixed by Wednesday. We accidentally took the key and brought it back to them at 9 am. I needed the vehicle for work later in the week. Needless to say the things did not all get fixed. We scheduled a time to bring it back to them for getting the other things fixed and were told two days to fix it. Then the excuse we got when we went to pick it up was it was too hot outside to fix it. We brought the vehicle back again. I told the owner that I needed the vehicle back for work. He kept saying that he was slammed etc. the reality is I was told 3 days and they had it a total of six. I went in today and was told they had done extra to the vehicle. This is a lie. Our deal was that all the lights on the dash would be off and fixed. I asked for a day that it would be fixed and the owner clearly did not like that After an altercation I was told to leave. I will be taking them to small claims court for the difference of what it costs to fix the check engine light from the exhaust and the brake light.

WARNING: DECEPTIVE PRACTICES I took my van to Mountain View…read moreauto after a road hazard incident that caused a catalytic converter code to be thrown. P0430 for catalytic converter insufficiency. I explained to Mountain View auto what happened and what I needed for my insurance company. When I went to pick up my quote, Roger accidentally deleted it and was working to create a new one. I had my nearly 2-year-old daughter with me, and she was getting quite fussy as I wasn't prepared to stay for a significant amount of time. Roger addressed many things that he felt were wrong with my van. However, not once did he address why I had brought my van into them in the first place. He emailed me a quote, as you'll see in the pictures, for all of this work that he said needed to be done. For some reason, on the quote it says "customer States that..." I never states any of it. I was angry that he did not address the initial issue. Instead, he said that I should return the Meineke as it may be under warranty. Well, this could be true, but I'm thinking that the warranty is likely not going to cover a road hazard. Regardless, my dad and I went to the next business day to get my van and take it over to Meinicke, as Roger had suggested. He was visibly angry about us doing this despite it being his recommendation. Within 30 minutes of assessing the van, Meineke had an answer for me . A hole had been torn in my flex pipe that leads to the catalytic converter. This was causing it to code P0430.. It may have caused catalytic converter damage as well. I will know more after the weekend. The photo below is a picture of my flex pipe off of my van where the damage occurred. Damage that Mountain View auto ultimately failed to see and assess. I am a single parent, a graduate student, and I work hard for my money when I can. I canceled an appointment to get my teeth fixed because it was more important to have a safe car for my daughter to be in than to fix my teeth. I cannot begin to express the level of anger that I have for this company trying to take advantage of a woman and a parent in the way that they have. I did ask Meineke to do a thorough investigation of the van to see if anything else needed to be done, and there is not. Of course, I will keep up with the preventative maintenance, but that is going to cost me far less than $2800. The catalytic converter, while spendy, is thankfully covered by my insurance under the incident. Roger should try padding his pocketbook by doing honest work instead of trying to take advantage of somebody who can barely afford the work.

My daughter dropped the car off and was told worse case it would be up to 5k, for a full steering replacement. My daughter told me and I knew it was BS. She went to pick up her car and was told it would be around $850.00 to replace a $20 part. I knew based on my own experience and review of the car a few weeks before, the repair would be no more than $500.00 total. The shop charged $285.00 for their 2 hour assessment. Took me all of 20 seconds and a Google search to understand the problem, they basically told me what I already knew. Ends up I called a few other repair shops in the area, each quoting me between $400-$500 for the repair, no more than 2 hours of labor. This shop clearly attempted to take advantage of my daughter who's a college student. Do not trust this shop, ripoff for unnecessary charges.

Outstanding service, Tyler (the driver) was at my vehicle in 15 minutes and did a great job arranging the pickup and getting my vehicle on its way.
