I wanted to wait a while before writing the review just to make sure everything was working well. I was hit with a near total loss on my car almost exactly a year ago. Myers was super professional, they were the ones to tow and work on my car after the accident. They were a preferred tow and repair shop for my insurance which made it even easier. They were very good at communication, let me know about everything they were doing, called me to give me updates along the way and even offered advice. They worked amazingly with my insurance to make sure everything was approved and sent in in a very timely manner. They even discovered more work that needed to be done after their initial inspection after they started working on my car and updated everything on the estimates. They are very friendly and kind as well. They made sure I was taken care of and I really really appreciate their work. I am blown away by the quality and speed of service that I received here. My repairs were quoted to take 9 days, and within 5, I had a vehicle that looked almost brand new. I can not speak enough about Myers, they are amazing! I went to them after being involved in a hit and run. They were so fast on getting me in the same day I called for an estimate. The customer service was amazing and they treated you like family. I didn't know anyone in the area and they were kind enough to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off. I would 100% come back in I needed anything else done to me car. The work turned out amazing possibly better then when I bought the car. They were pre-approved by State Farm so it's very easy to go through them. read more

Excellent service, excellent work, excellently fair pricing, and I believe at this point, excellently honest. No complaints about any of the 3 visits I have made to their shop. To have them do some rather minor work on and old, '88 Ford pickup that were annoying at best. Obtained parts for a minor customization that I needed done. They installed the parts at a fair price. The three separate jobs were done while I waited in the small office-customer area with two big old, friendly dogs. :-) I don't know if they offer customer rides or not. Note : they do NOT do mechanical auto work, but will offer leads to shops they think are good choices. I'll go back without hesitation. read more

They have great rates for towing compared to some other places I checked in town. I have an inoperable truck that seemed like a real pain to tow but the Driver Chris was very helpful and professional and went the extra mile to make sure my truck got where it needed to be. read more

This is the third time I've had Meyers work one of my cars. I keep going back for the same reason, they do great work, they are reasonable and do so quickly. This last time I got a dent in my Tundra and the looked at it five minutes after I called on a Friday, took my truck in Monday and they were done Thursday morning. After I got home I noticed a emblem was missing so I called up and it apparently came off during the wash. I stopped bye and they reapplied it for me no questions at all. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! The front desk lady, blonde with glasses, older, is crazy and rude. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look for asking her if I could email a document just because I only had an online copy. She was crazy and treated my friend and I like we were trash. She has absolutely no customer service and made me never want to come back again. No hello, nothing, just an old witch who doesn't have a life and just belittles the people who come into the shop. Maybe you'd have better reviews if you got someone better to work the desk. GET A LIFE LADY!!! read more

My experience with them is long and extremely negative. It really impacted my life in a negative way and was generally shocked at the way they handled their error/accident since they have been in business for many years. It all began when I had them tow a vehicle of mine due to a simple oil leak. It was raining and husband didnt want to fix it on the side of the road so i say get it towed, right? I called them as I grew up hearing their jingle on the radio so I knew they had been around! The price was extremely reasonable. That should have said something to me... The truck was not secured to the tow truck and was essentially dropped off he dolly enroute. In a nut shell, they completely tried to downplay the body damage and also engine damage due to an AWD being pulled backwards and locked up, which apparently is really bad on the transmission. They really blew us off because it was an old pick up that we were in the process of restoring so I guess they figured we were trying to pull a fast one on them. My husband and I didn't handle the situation the best ourselves or timely as I have a high risk pregnancy situation that required surgery and my husband was in a work related accident where he was tboned at work and suffered a head injury. (Needless to say, it was a rough month!) The woman by Theresa was by far the biggest nightmare. I *thought* they said we were getting a refund on the tow. Now I may be mistaken because as I stated, it was a rough month but I'm pretty sure the average person would expect to be refunded, so I called when the charge showed up on my statement. She acted like I was pulling one over on her! Then she said, they wouldn't have even had me pay for my tow but I prepaid, then said they couldn't refund me, then we will do it 50%. I was like wait a minute.... had I not prepaid, you wouldn't have even charged me, but since I did you are only giving me half back? Well that super mega pissed her off. In the end, we are out a pick up, were made to feel that them making a mistake was somehow our fault, and now I can't stand the fun jingle I once loved as a kid. read more

They towed my car after an accident without telling me that they were were going to charge $208/hour, door to door plus paperwork. The driver was deceptive with his language ("You won't be charged if I take it to our yard, that is what most people just do"). When I got an impound notice 3 days later charging me $364 and an additional $54/day storage I felt very taken advantage of. The accident was stressful and costly enough without this compounding it. Theresa Myers didn't seem to understand that there was a communication problem - her proposed solution was to instruct her drivers tell clients absolutely nothing about costs; instead to tell clients to call the office the next day to find out what it cost once they have already accrued the charges. Surprise! She provided me with a list of salvage companies and reneged on the daily storage fees, but I still don't trust companies who make a practice of not giving enough information to make good decisions. read more

Myers Auto Rebuild & Towing is the go to place when you are in trouble. My car got hit in a parking lot and they helped patch me up before I had to drive to the West side of the state. If the insurance of the person who hit me would allow it, I would have gone to them in a heart beat. If you are in need or want quality work done, here is a spot that won't fail you. read more

I was visiting Pullman and got in an accident in a parking lot. The fender of my car was rubbing against my tire and I couldn't drive vary far. Myers was suggested to me by 2 people. I drove in without an appointment and explained I was planning on leaving town the next day. They stopped what they were doing and made my car drivable. I was upset from being in a fender-bender and they invited me to in and gave me a cup of coffee while I waited and checked on me a couple of times. They didn't just provide good customer service, they are truly caring and NICE people. If I lived in Eastern WA I would make it a point to go there for work. read more

I called after my car broke down and was able to get a tow in less than 30 minutes, the guy who came out to help me was super friendly and patient and made sure that I was okay and understood everything. Very friendly help, though the person on the phone he said can sometimes missprice people, but he always double checks to make sure. All in all a good experince on a bad day. read more

I cannot comment on their services as a whole, but I can comment on their customer service. I called and a lady answered. I explained that I needed a tow because one of my vehicles had broken down in a parking lot. Not only did she not give me a straight answer, she gave me nothing but attitude the entire time like I had somehow inconvenienced her with trying to give them my business. Needless to say, I went to another tow company. Bottom line, if someone is trying to give you their business, don't berate them and make them feel stupid. Maybe it wouldn't have worked out in this instance, but in the future I may have wanted to go back if I was treated with respect. You lost business and I will be telling my friends and coworkers about this experience when they need auto repairs. read more

I have been so sadly disappointed at the poor quality of work they have preformed on my vehicle. I have given them 3 chances to repair my car and sadly they have not done a good or adequate job. Wow! I've used Myers for both minor and fairly major repairs over the past couple of years, and I have to say I could not be more pleased with their top-notch work! My car looks terrific, but perhaps more impressive is their customer service. They really go above and beyond to ensure that I'm a satisfied customer, and indeed I am!
