Mike could not have been a better guy and was awesome to talk to. There was nothing pushy or hidden........it was a great conversation and smooth. He then handed me to finance and Michael. Saw a truck online and submitted a contact card to express interest. I received an email indicating the vehicle was available. I called the next morning to double check and make an appointment to see the truck. Again assured it was on the lot and available. I told them I was driving an hour and a half to see the truck. while in route the salesman "Sam" called to tell me it was ready for me. I told him I was on the way. 1.5 hours into my trip, 30 minutes from dealership, Sam calls to tell me he's sorry but the car was being held for someone on the internet but they had other trucks for me to look at. suffice to say I declined and will look elsewhere. Where do I even start with this place. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle back in October 2025. I decided on what vehicle I was interested in and was able to take the test drive and look over the vehicle (eyes view). I gave it a week to be sure on the decision before finalizing the paperwork. On the evening of taking delivery the a/c was blowing warm, which i was told that it may have been a clog in the a/c line. They took the vehicle into service and brought it back after maybe 20 minutes and I was able to drive away.... literally days later the brakes began to squeak horribly and the a/c some kind of way began to blow hot again. I called over to service and immeditely was given an attiude as if i was bothering them about a vehicle they sold me with known problems. Mind you, they took the car in as a trade in writing it showed the same issues the vehicle has been given me they were supposed to fix before even putting on the lot to sell...... THEY DID NOT DO ANY REPAIRS AS PROMISED ON PAPER! I ask to have the deal unwinded and never received an answer... I took my vehicle there on the week of 10/17....promied the work was done and it wasnt... again the week of 10/26 promised it was repaired and it wasnt.... again 11/10 still not repaired. I traveled out of town with my company so the vehicle wasnt driven in a week. I came back still the SAME PROBLEMS... ALL WHILE THEY ARE SUGGESTING THAT I USE MY EXTENEDED WARRANTY! LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS? You sell a broken car and choose not to take responsibility when you could have just repaired the car before selling it and no problems would exist. No that's too much like the right thing to do... So here we go back with the same issues.... MIND YOU NO RECEIPTS ARE SUPPLIED INBETWEEN TO FOR NO REASON. Im asking for documents for my records just excuse after excuse... I even waited for the owner one day and they told me he would be all night and they would have him to call me.... never did. I took the car back for the 5th time at this point... FROM DEC 4 TO DEC 22!!! SERIOUSLY???? I signed off on a loaner doc and paid 100.00 for a deposit... bogus but whatever just fix my car, they gave me a car with lights lite up on the dashboard and smelled like pure cigarette smoke. I cant make this up. I finally get my car back but now the a/c works, brakes still making noise but now my leather on my dashboard that they took apart and put back together is punctured with holes and now the under carriage is loose and feels like its falling apart, steering column broken.... oh they want me to now use my extended warranty and pay them and extra 90.00 for toll roads fees. Mind you I gave the 100.00 deposit, the backup for tolls has days I didn't have the vehicle and its 167.00 not 190.00! I ask for receipts of work performed so that I can send it to HCTRA to show it was a loaner in regard to my account I have with them for credit as an existing customer.... guess what, they have no documents of having my car.... oh, and still waiting till this day for the owner to return my call! They offered me a number on my trade they had no intention of honoring. In fact they told me that Mikaela was a bot when I showed them the texts. I later spoke to Mikaela on the phone and it sounded like a real person to me. They also drew a mark on my car claiming it had a scratch, I assume to justify the low offer. I turned down they're offer that was several thousand less than the first offer. When I looked for the scratch, I saw my car was marked and poorly rubbed off. They went out of their way to lie to me to try to get business. I would not recommend this company. read more

Virtually every vehicle on the lot has its price marked up $2000 for clear coat and LoJack installation, which they claim is mandatory. You have no choice. So, if you see a price for a car online, don't expect to walk out paying that price plus TTL. They will try to scam you with that accessory markup. I recommend avoiding this dealer. read more

Auto Boutique - A Surprisingly Excellent Experience Like many others, my wife and I were initially hesitant to visit Auto Boutique due to their mixed online reviews, including quite a few negative ones. We approached the dealership cautiously, agreeing that at the first sign of a red flag--even a small one--we'd walk away without hesitation. Prior to our visit, we had already test-driven a specific make and model at another dealership and were very impressed with its features and performance. That led us to search for dealerships that had the same model in stock--and Auto Boutique happened to offer the best price online. Despite our reservations, we decided to take the chance and visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist, who was courteous and efficient. She took our information and quickly introduced us to Mr. Zuber Iokhandwala, our sales advisor. Zuber was a pleasure to work with--professional, respectful, and efficient. Within about 20 minutes of stepping into the dealership, we were test-driving the vehicle we had researched. While the car initially had a dead battery, the team didn't hesitate to install a brand-new one on the spot. Following the test drive, we returned to Zuber to discuss pricing. After a short and transparent conversation, we were directed to finalize the deal with Ms. Andy Gomez, the Finance Manager. At this point, we were admittedly a bit skeptical again--the finance office was warm, and we couldn't help but wonder if it was an intentional tactic to make us uncomfortable and rush through the paperwork. But we couldn't have been more wrong. If Mr. Iokhandwala was the cake, then Ms. Gomez was the icing and cherry on top. She was absolutely wonderful to work with--easily one of the best finance experiences we've had, especially when compared to a negative experience we had at another dealership five years ago. Ms. Gomez took the time to listen to our needs, understand our budget, and guide us toward a financing solution that made sense for us. In the end, we purchased the vehicle with an extended warranty and three years of LoJack protection, all while staying within our budget. It's now been four days since we drove the car off the lot, and everything has been working perfectly. The service we received--from start to finish--was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The dealership even offered thoughtful amenities: multiple TVs with sports or entertainment, games for both kids and adults, complimentary drinks, and (according to one of their staff) the best popcorn in town. In conclusion, our experience at Auto Boutique was a pleasant surprise. I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe (31k mi). So, I hope this review helps out anyone considering buying a vehicle at AutoBoutique.  I came in on 7/4/24 and this was my first time ever even hearing about AutoBoutique. I was looking for a Santa Fe (2021-23) and the popped up on Facebook. I was shocked by the price to milage ratio on this vehicle ($20.5K:31K mi). But I figured I would go and look. Once I got there I kinda lucked out on the fact that it was a fourth of July celebration. There were hot dogs, snacks and all kinds of treats.  Pretty cool. The receptionist greeted me and took my info (for a test drive), Shortly after I was greeted by Anthony Pantoja. We sat down and he found the vehicle that I was looking at online and got the keys for my test drive. Anthony was very honest and told me there was a crack in the windshield and sunroof that was scheduled to be repaired. I drove the Santa Fe and I kept calm, but I was loving it!! Yeah, I wanted this!!! After the drive I sat with Anthony and went over the Carfax. Full disclosure showed that the vehicle had a collision on the front driver's side and yes, the airbag was deployed.  Anthony was honest about this and said it was repaired and certified. This explains the low mileage.  Next came the financing and rates.  I really took a deep breath on this but kinda surprisingly... Pablo the Sales manager and Brandi in finance worked out a great deal. So, I signed and noted the windshield and sunroof. I left the vehicle there for repairs. Sounds good? Well, here is where it got sticky (NOT due to AutoBoutique). Houston was hit by Hurricane Beryl. This caused a massive shutdown all over and flooding.  This also caused a delay in my windshield repair. However, Brandi, Pablo, Anthony and now Juan...kept on it to get it done. Eventually I went to follow up in person and Juan in service said that I can take the vehicle home and they would come to me (the windshield repair is 3rd party).  Ok, I did. Annnnnd more rain. Since they could not repair it in the rain (I only have covered parking) it had to be brought to them. It was and voila!! Next, I took it to the Hyundai dealership to have it inspected. The vehicle passed easily. The final test was a road trip from Houston to Dallas (800mi round trip). Again, passed with flying colors with no issues. Yes, they were short staffed, but six hours is beyond ridiculous. I spoke with other customers who were also waiting FOREVER, and they got all fees waived. Terrible. They had me pay for a car inspection without informing me about car buying for an out of state deal. The salesperson, Peter, even told me it would be all electronic. Hess with the finance department just kept ignoring my questions and was repeating what to say to me on the phone from someone in the background, it felt very unprofessional. I had a terrible experience. I work in New Mexico and wanted to go ahead and finance a car they had available and pick it up when I got home, and I contacted them two weeks ago about it. The car was $7100, I wanted to put down $3000 and my bank agreed to finance the rest. For OVER A WEEK they failed to return my calls, didn't communicate with me, made me fill out an EXTRA credit application after my bank had already approved the financing and then tried to make me pay an EXTRA $2000, and apparently nobody could tell me where the extra $2000 came from. Then I call today and they sold the car to somebody else yesterday, and apparently it's "first come first serve" as if I hadn't tried purchasing it weeks ago. I am never going to look at this company for any purposes again and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

Went there today to buy a car, test drove it and decided to buy it cash. Waited to see finance manager to finalize paperwork and write check. A girl came out of office and handed me a slip of paper with the sales price and TT&L, document fee and a $998 added item for a paint and interior protection package along with a Lo-Jack that i did not want (i was not buying a Ferrari or Lambo) I stated i did not want or need their added $998 package. She then went back into the finance office to print out a detailed price break down. And came back with the same $998 money maker still on the price. I stated that i was not paying for something i did not want or need. She then tells me that all vehicles they sell come with that added and cannot be removed. My daughter bought a truck from there. When she got approved the truck didn't even have oil. Her first stop was an oil change at 9 months pregnant. It was running hot and overheating and wouldn't go over 30 miles per hour. Got the car on June 6th. Has been in the shop for 2 weeks. Took them 3 days to come and tow it. Picked up the car on June 19th and it's still in the shop for a sensor so they say. She was sold a lemon. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Very bad for business. read more

This is by far the worst dealership and buying experience I've ever had. They sell you vehicles off of lies quite literally and every other dealership around will tell you the same thing, they are a bullish!T dealership. I bought a vehicle from them and not very long after having it for a month the transfer case goes bad, I got in contact with the warranty company and they said they will not cover it because this was an issue known before they sold it to me and they said themselves that they knew that it was faulty yet they sold it to me anyways. They have poor communication skills, I had to call them multiple times myself to see whether or not they've picked up the vehicle, have they started work on it, and if it was finished being worked on!! They didn't want to give me the store managers number when I wanted to leave a complaint and when I finally got it and addressed the issues and requested it was as if she didn't even care. Finally I go to refinance the vehicle with my credit union, I was hit with a curve ball stating that the vehicle had a accident on it from 2023 which was left off of the Carfax, it's 2025 how was that left off? So I got rid of the piece of trash they sold me and got a new vehicle actually worth my time and money. Let's me also not forget how much of a scam and rip off this place is, I had a 780+ Credit Score and somehow my APR was 19%. I was given the valet key instead of the master key. I am now sitting in the Walmart parking lot in Kemah waiting on a call back from the service manager. It's been about 25 minutes . What they did was removed the cap that covers the locking mechanism so that the car would start with the valet key. I found that cap and installed it over the keyhole. Now I realize that you can't unlock the door without a master key which must have ignition control as well as a button to lock/unlock the car doors I'm still waiting for my call from the service manager. I found a 2013 Passat on carfax that seemed to be in pretty good condition. Went and looked at it and it was in really good condition EXCEPT the fact the tires were practically BALD. When we informed them, they said the tires "passed the inspection" and they wouldn't give us new ones. I still wanted/needed the car so we just went to the discount tire down the street and got new ones. I asked for them to give me a written inspection document that stated the tires passed the inspection, but they were NOT trying to do that. We literally had to argue with them to just have them print it out. Also, they CLAIM that all of their cars come with a Zurich Shield which is an EXTRA $500 that is NOT included in the listing price. AND YOU CAN'T NEGOTIATE IT OFF. After having the car for a little over two weeks, the heater core needed to be replaced. Just don't do it. read more

I sold my car here in October of 2023, and they did not remove my old license plates. My plates are now on a car in New York racking up toll bills and I'm still trying to get my name cleared from it. When I questioned the dealership about the issue, the finance worker who completed my deal, Mario, no longer worked there and left due to "questionable actions," per the Auto Boutique employees. The car they sold me had been in a previous wreck that was undisclosed to me. Granted, I should have done better research before purchasing the car, but know they will not give you the full picture about their vehicles and will try and sell you their "non-negotiable price." Overall, it's a large car lot with many choices, but untrustworthy methods of buying and selling. Do your research and ask plenty of questions. And be prepared to wait. It took me about 5-6 hours to get out of there. read more

My dad bought a car from Auto Boutique in late April. Only put 1000 miles on it total until he was in the hospital the whole month of August and then passed away August 31. He bought the $2000 extended warranty. Once he passed we went and picked up the car and it was knocking. Called them and no response. Called the extended warranty company and they told us what to do. Repair shop said it needed a whole new $11k engine. Warranty would only cover $2500. Tried the dealership numerous times about selling a car needing a whole new engine to a sick elderly man. SHOPPER BEWARE! Went here after looking at a vehicle they advertised online. I called ahead of time and also spoke about whether the price can be worked out. After being reassured of the possibilty, I spent 1 hour driving there. Upon arriving they didn't have the car ready and took nearly 40 minutes to retrieve it. At that mark I had someone speak to me who stated they don't haggle with prices at all. He stated that when you call an agency answers, not a person in the physical location. He then called over his manager. All she had to say was that they have it written on their website. Not every customer will look at their website and secondly, if I have a representative from their company telling me otherwise why wouldn't I believe otherwise? It is unfortunate as we purchased a Honda civic from Auto Boutique 4-5 years back (smaller location) and had a pretty good experience. Few hidden fees of about ~$400 they added to a $9,400 purchase plus TTL... ok. Recently went to look at a Mazda marked at $20k even. Total price out the door $26,686.... WTH!! Lojack (unwanted) but at least disclosed in fine print of $1985. Not disclosed + $547 paint car (the car was so dirty!) $56 state inspection (it's $25 everywhere else) and a $3k warranty. The car has 12k miles and is 2 years old - it's still covered by Mazda! Read the fine print and still be prepared for a ridiculous amount of hidden fees.... read more

After hours of inspecting the vehicle and dealing with multiple salespeople, we found out they do not negotiate on price at all, and tack on almost $2,000 in unnecessary fees that you can not decline. I went to go look at a 2013 Tesla Model S Performance with 37k miles. First of all, I had to go to the front desk and wait for the ladies there to call someone else (who took around 15 mins) to get the keys and pull the car up. They sales man didn't know anything about the car. The car ended up being a piece of junk. Bumpers falling off, frunk wasn't opening, trunk hydraulic struts going out, the mirror covers on the sun visors were broken off, etc. I didn't purchase the vehicle and will never go back. Worst place you could ever look at buying a car. Literally went in to buy an extra vehicle so we can have a 3rd around and bought a complete lemon. This is unbelievable and all around wrong don't understand how they are still in business. I only put 500 miles on it and lifters started to go out on it. I tried to fix my myself changing spark plugs and coals when that didn't work mechanic checked lifters and they were bad misfire cylinder 6 . When I mentioned to the maintenance lead "Ismael" he proceeded to "help" me but that was complete BS. Said they would fix for inconvenience dropped car off December didn't receive car back until February. Tried to sell me some bs about putting a new engine in when I had pictures of all sides of engine prior to dropping it off they just got a blue paint marker and wrote on it to look as if they changed it. Also stole my coils that I changed because they are not on the "NEW ENGINE" they said they put in. this place is beyond fraudulent. Also stated that he test drove to see if it was fixed correctly on days that he didn't even start car because I have that dumb lo jack so I know when vehicle moves. This dealership does a great job getting customers through the door through misleading advertisements. They also do a great job convincing customers that all the "mandatory extras" & hidden fees are just normal... which they are not. Before shopping this dealership, read the fine print... the advertised prices on their ads are NOT the actual price. Other than the TT&L, dealers must CLEARLY disclose actual cost in their ads, otherwise they are contributing to the bad reputation many good dealerships unjustly have. If you like a car in an ad for this dealership, call them before driving there and ask what are the other hidden fees & costs. You will find mandatory costs & fees other dealers don't have. THE WORST. Glad I dodged a bullet. I worked with salesman Zuber. This place is SHADY about almost $2,000 extra fee(see pictures and read fine print) on every car. I went in to look at cars and the car I was looking at had severe structural damage that was not reported on the Carfax and the salesman did not disclose this information. The car showed 1 accident with minor damage on the Carfax that he told me about BUT the car was purchased at auction by the dealership with severe structural damage and the auction house disclosed this information via AutoCheck. SEE PICS So the Carfax was NOT accurate and the salesman was dishonest. See pics attached. When questioned about the damage he admitted there was structural damage only after I called him out and he insisted all cars are sold with a clean title. It's not necessarily a car without problems whatsoever. It's not an assurance that your new vehicle will not break, or that there has never been anything bad happen to it. A clean title only indicates that the vehicle has never been deemed a total loss. Cars that have been in accidents can still have clean titles if they were not totaled in the process. Additionally, if a vehicle has been in a wreck and was fixed without the insurance company finding out, it would not affect the title at all. It's still extremely important to have a vehicle inspected before purchasing, even with a clean title. ***CALL YOUR INSURANCE WITH THE VIN and politely ask them to look it up. They have access to a shared insurance database that has all the data vs what you can buy.*** Autocheck tends to catch auction announcements way, way more frequently than Carfax. Particularly frame damage announcements****** Carfax tends to have more information regarding the severity of accidents. If you're lucky, they'll even have a police case # included, though that's becoming more and more rare. Carfax is the gold standard simply because customers request it but I now would never purchase a car before looking at both Autocheck, Carfax and calling my insurance company with the VIN and seeing everything and taking the car to a mechanic for inspection Look at other customers complaints here with them not reporting structural damage. When you go to purchase a car they have you sign and date each page of the car fax printout so you can't come back and sue them over a "discrepancy" as Carfax report is not guaranteed and it protects them!
