Upon purchasing vehicle 2 months ago, I have not enjoyed my car buying experience. The vehicle went back 5 times and still leaking oil. First 1st time which was 02/14 I had it diagnosed, and the diagnostic center stated it was the Catalytic Converter, which I think they didn't fix, I believe they just reset the battery. Second time I went to AutoZone 03/04/25 and it still stated Catalytic Converter. Which finally they ended up fixing. Engine light comes on again and another diagnostic 03/16/25 states oil pump is needed. Showed salesman and he crumbled up my document stating AutoZone doesn't know what they are talking about, and threw it in the trash, which I requested him to retrieve for my documentation purposes. During this time, it was mentioned that my oil was leaking tremendously. (Which now I'm fined by HOA because my driveway looks horrible). Just received my car back last week on April 7 and now engine light is back on again, along with leaking oil. Also told them upon getting the car that I was hearing clunking noises on the passenger side in the back, when I turn or go over humps. They never looked into issue and now my mechanic is stating it may be suspension or structs. My 30 warranty is expired now, so now I'm stuck with major car repairs that I have to come out of pocket on. Long story short this is a nightmare that I'm trapped into because the bank still wants their funds.

If the work had been done properly, we would have returned to your dealership and let you inspect it. However, our last visit left us feeling uncomfortable. We shared our honest feedback -- we did not like the service, and we did not feel we were treated well. Our reviews reflect our experiences, not yours, and other customers deserve to know the truth. You refused to take responsibility and used our previous negative review as an excuse, which is not how responsible people or businesses behave. Actions like this should be brought to light. Purchase value: $14K,(plus high interest) and well over 100,000 miles. but it had a 2 year warranty or 20 miles. my credit score jumped immediately to 630 after 4 payments. I felt lucky to get the car fixed for free a few times during the warranty period. and again within the ending period of the two-yr warranty, (yet my mileage was way past warranty.) YES, i felt damn lucky to have this car and service from a dealership, and very greatfull too. i had financial difficulties. Finance department worked with me. Very nice person. Very nice to me as well.I had a couple of repairs. took out personal, then later payday loans to fix the car. Then one day, (remember, ive only had the vehicle 2 years, and still owed 2 more years in payments) my engine just...messed up. im on foot. i lost both jobs i had immediately. i lost everything.i lost my apartment. staying with a friend. im a burden to my friend, but im trying to find work again. my car got volantarily repoed. losing my apartment will black me out for 7 years for apartments. losing my car will black me out for 7 years for purchases. i cannot find work with good pay without a car. Everything worked out well and a couple years later I called him regarding a small matter that was important to me, and I was willing to pay for his expertise. He remembered me, told me to drive right over, fixed my problem, and insisted on taking no money from me despite my objections to his working for free in the July heat for over an hour! I've noticed that he appears to sell the cleanest of clean looking used white Ford pickups.
