    Where do I even start with this place. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle back in October 2025. I decided on what vehicle I was interested in and was able to take the test drive and look over the vehicle (eyes view). I gave it a week to be sure on the decision before finalizing the paperwork. On the evening of taking delivery the a/c was blowing warm, which i was told that it may have been a clog in the a/c line. They took the vehicle into service and brought it back after maybe 20 minutes and I was able to drive away.... literally days later the brakes began to squeak horribly and the a/c some kind of way began to blow hot again. I called over to service and immeditely was given an attiude as if i was bothering them about a vehicle they sold me with known problems. Mind you, they took the car in as a trade in writing it showed the same issues the vehicle has been given me they were supposed to fix before even putting on the lot to sell...... THEY DID NOT DO ANY REPAIRS AS PROMISED ON PAPER! I ask to have the deal unwinded and never received an answer... I took my vehicle there on the week of 10/17....promied the work was done and it wasnt... again the week of 10/26 promised it was repaired and it wasnt.... again 11/10 still not repaired. I traveled out of town with my company so the vehicle wasnt driven in a week. I came back still the SAME PROBLEMS... ALL WHILE THEY ARE SUGGESTING THAT I USE MY EXTENEDED WARRANTY! LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS? You sell a broken car and choose not to take responsibility when you could have just repaired the car before selling it and no problems would exist. No that's too much like the right thing to do... So here we go back with the same issues.... MIND YOU NO RECEIPTS ARE SUPPLIED INBETWEEN TO FOR NO REASON. Im asking for documents for my records just excuse after excuse... I even waited for the owner one day and they told me he would be all night and they would have him to call me.... never did. I took the car back for the 5th time at this point... FROM DEC 4 TO DEC 22!!! SERIOUSLY???? I signed off on a loaner doc and paid 100.00 for a deposit... bogus but whatever just fix my car, they gave me a car with lights lite up on the dashboard and smelled like pure cigarette smoke. I cant make this up. I finally get my car back but now the a/c works, brakes still making noise but now my leather on my dashboard that they took apart and put back together is punctured with holes and now the under carriage is loose and feels like its falling apart, steering column broken.... oh they want me to now use my extended warranty and pay them and extra 90.00 for toll roads fees. Mind you I gave the 100.00 deposit, the backup for tolls has days I didn't have the vehicle and its 167.00 not 190.00! I ask for receipts of work performed so that I can send it to HCTRA to show it was a loaner in regard to my account I have with them for credit as an existing customer.... guess what, they have no documents of having my car.... oh, and still waiting till this day for the owner to return my call! DONT PURCHASE FROM THERE I PROMISE THIS WOULD BE THE WORST MISTAKE EVER!

    I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe (31k mi). So, I hope this review helps out anyone considering buying a vehicle at AutoBoutique.  I came in on 7/4/24 and this was my first time ever even hearing about AutoBoutique. I was looking for a Santa Fe (2021-23) and the popped up on Facebook. I was shocked by the price to milage ratio on this vehicle ($20.5K:31K mi). But I figured I would go and look. Once I got there I kinda lucked out on the fact that it was a fourth of July celebration. There were hot dogs, snacks and all kinds of treats.  Pretty cool. The receptionist greeted me and took my info (for a test drive), Shortly after I was greeted by Anthony Pantoja. We sat down and he found the vehicle that I was looking at online and got the keys for my test drive. Anthony was very honest and told me there was a crack in the windshield and sunroof that was scheduled to be repaired. I drove the Santa Fe and I kept calm, but I was loving it!! Yeah, I wanted this!!! After the drive I sat with Anthony and went over the Carfax. Full disclosure showed that the vehicle had a collision on the front driver's side and yes, the airbag was deployed.  Anthony was honest about this and said it was repaired and certified. This explains the low mileage.  Next came the financing and rates.  I really took a deep breath on this but kinda surprisingly... Pablo the Sales manager and Brandi in finance worked out a great deal. So, I signed and noted the windshield and sunroof. I left the vehicle there for repairs. Sounds good? Well, here is where it got sticky (NOT due to AutoBoutique). Houston was hit by Hurricane Beryl. This caused a massive shutdown all over and flooding.  This also caused a delay in my windshield repair. However, Brandi, Pablo, Anthony and now Juan...kept on it to get it done. Eventually I went to follow up in person and Juan in service said that I can take the vehicle home and they would come to me (the windshield repair is 3rd party).  Ok, I did. Annnnnd more rain. Since they could not repair it in the rain (I only have covered parking) it had to be brought to them. It was and voila!! Next, I took it to the Hyundai dealership to have it inspected. The vehicle passed easily. The final test was a road trip from Houston to Dallas (800mi round trip). Again, passed with flying colors with no issues. I would definitely recommend AutoBoutique for your next vehicle. And this was during a Hurricane!!

    Run don't walk this place who'll rip you off. I got a vehicle 6 weeks ago and have several problems with it
