HUGE shoutout to Ari!!! The only car salesman/manager who somehow made buying a car feel less like…read morea dealership visit and more like winning a game show with free snacks and horsepower. From the moment I walked in, Ari went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect vehicle without any pressure, gimmicks, or "let me talk to my manager" Olympic performances. Ironically... he was the manager, so he skipped the dramatic disappearing act entirely. He answered every question, worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted, and somehow made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I came in expecting a headache and left feeling like I'd just adopted my dream car with the help of a very patient wizard. If you're looking for someone honest, professional, funny, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, ask for Ari. The man deserves employee of the month, a raise, and probably his own dealership reality show. 10/10 experience!!!!

The reason I wanted to write this review is because of how welcoming and genuinely polite everyone was. I was only there to pick up a car for a friend, and from the front desk staff to the sales team, everyone treated me with kindness and respect; even though they knew I wasn't buying anything. At most dealerships, once they realize you're not a potential customer, the attitude changes and the "polite act" drops. I really dislike that. But that was NOT the case here. Their hospitality is top-notch. They even have a full coffee shop and a gym inside the dealership. Yes, literally an actual coffee counter with a full menu, staff, baked goods, fruit, cold brew, etc. And it's complimentary. I've been to many dealerships including Mercedes and Range Rover, and I've never seen anything like this. The space is clean, smells fresh, and has great AC. My only minor criticism is that the music was a bit too loud for my taste. Other than that, I could honestly hang out here all day sipping my Americano. Salute to the team! hospitality like this is rare.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! The manager Raul and the Sales man Jose are the true epitome of what…read morea sales man is, they tell you what you want to hear but they do not stand by their word. I bought a brand new Alfa Romeo veloce back at the end of November. Before I even received the car I noticed the paint was messed up but still was stupid enough to take it because I was promised it would be fixed by them at no cost to me well 3 months later and still no paint is fixed or word of it getting fixed as they have ghosted me. I was told they would be here for me not even 3 months later my check engine light comes on so I reach out to Jose the sales man who sold me my car and swore up and down to be here whenever I needed something. I texted him at 730 on a Saturday night so I was not expecting a response until Monday but when Monday came and I didn't receive a response I became very frustrated and upset due to the fact that he has his read receipts on and it tells me he read my message. By the end of the day Monday still no response so I decided to try and reach a higher up (his manger Raul) so I send him a text explaining the situation to him and even included photos. To my suprised he read my message and left me on read. I texted him Tuesday and it is now Friday and have not heard back from either of them. So I decide to try and call them both to which of course neither of them answer. I send a text saying hello? And I get left on read and ignored. Please do not buy from these people they are not trustworthy especially for the amount of money you are paying for these cars. Please take my advice and seek another dealership. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. See attached photos for the receipts of their lack of communication and horrible customer service.

I bought a used A6 almost a month ago. I really wanted to like the dealership, and I love the car…read more Here's what went right and what went wrong. Pros 1. 30 day warranty for used cars 2. they don't FEE you to death like most car dealerships. Cons 1. They don't live up to their word. Upon getting ready to leave ( after a VERY long afternoon waiting for paperwork) the car starts and has a transmission error. Run it down to service and they plug it in and codes come up for some random part, and a new a battery. They promised to fix both. 4 days later they called and said parts are in so I sent my son with the car and when he got back the Salesman called to say they fixed the button but didn't replace the battery because when they rechecked it it showed charged. Of course it did, my son just drove it 90 minutes to get there during which it was charging. So now I"m out $500++ to replace the battery they promised to replace. 2. Paperwork took HOURS, simply unacceptable. 3. Salesman showed me nothing about the car, just handed keys and see ya later. Argued about the battery. 4. No where in the paperwork does it discuss the 30 day warranty, it actually contradicts it saying NO WARRANTY AS IS, you have to assume they''ll stand up to their "word" which as described earlier isn't really worth much.

Update October 9, 2025 + October 11, 2025 + October 16, 2025…read more Service Consultant Luis Pagani is the worst at dealing with clientele care and rude either on a text or on site. Doesn't care at all what the client needs and never solved the reason why I brought my vehicle in the first place. Ignored completely everything I spoke to him about but thankfully Juan (Ecuadorian gentleman) was able to resolve and fix everything with warranty taking care of everything. Picking up my car today was such as ease. Only thing was it was not ready even though they texted the day it was ready for pick up. The complimentary wash that website and mail service they suggest if you bring the car for an oil change is NON-EXISTENT (so do not fall for it) Also I made sure to place things in a way but obviously when you leave your car for maintenance at this establishment their staff tend to take things without asking. Hope those $3.00 in quarters were worth it and leaving the interior of my car upside down too. It is not worth it at all to be treated by one of your staff like Luis Pagani did through the entire process. My lease ends in May 2026 and definitely I'll be taking my future leases with Audi to a different dealership as I refuse to be treated again this way. If you're having some type of problem or you're mad at something/someone don't bring your negativity/problems into your work place. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. ---------------------------------- I've been leasing cars here for years but the moment I try to request a service because my car has a vibration sound/feel on the rear back I get totally ignored by their employees Lisa and Kim. I'm still waiting for my call from the service department and haven't had any updates so far. After 14 years with Audi this is the second time my car has a problem and normally it's a recall situation. I guess I'll have to look into a different Audi dealership for my next lease.

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: SCAM AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES I…read moream writing this review to warn the public about a highly illegal and deceptive experience I encountered at Toyota of North Miami on June 11, 2026. During my vehicle purchase, the sales representative, Nelson Pineda Rodriguez, in direct collusion with a third-party entity called Legend Services, ran an insurance scam under my name. I was illegally charged an unauthorized fee of $350.00 USD under the false pretense of a "down payment" for an auto insurance quote. Here are the facts: Document Forgery: They generated an insurance quote and stamped a signature in my name without my authorization, knowledge, or legal consent. This is blatant identity theft and forgery. Stolen Funds: My actual auto insurance provider later confirmed that they never received a single penny of this $350.00 payment. The money collected at Toyota of North Miami was completely pocketed and unaccounted for, forcing me to pay my full premium separately to my real insurer. Unlicensed Activity: To make matters worse, I discovered that the individual operating on behalf of Legend Services at the dealership does not even hold a valid, active insurance agent license in the State of Florida. Operating an insurance brokerage without a license, forging customer signatures, and taking money under false pretenses are serious criminal offenses. A formal Demand Letter has already been sent to management, and complaints are being filed directly with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), the Office of the Florida Attorney General, and local law enforcement. Do not trust this dealership. Check every single line of your contract and financial breakdowns before signing anything. Nelson Pineda Rodriguez and the management involved need to be held accountable for these predatory and fraudulent actions.

Long ago I had a red Jaguar I thought was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen, sooooooo... The cars are still beautiful but a bit of a stretch for the money versus the quality of the competition (BMW et al). This dealership has terrific sales and service, so no faulting them. However the sorta British, sorta Indian engineering on the new Jaguars leaves a bit to be desired. It's genuinely too bad that cars this beautiful only look good but still seem badly made mechanically. The superficial pop is there (sleek leather interiors, electric/electronic every gizmo imaginable, beautiful color options, etc) and the engines are powerful. The real drawback is the low Consumer Reports-style ratings and the mechanical flaws in the car engine design. With an Indian parent company buying the Jaguar mark from the old parent (Ford), there was supposedly a revamp of the design. Ford said the same thing long ago when they bought it. While the engineering isn't on the dramatically awful level of pre-Ford, it still doesn't quite cut the mustard. Looks like another German car for me. My partner has a car similar to the one I actually would like to have, but he refuses to give it to me (imagine that LOL). We could buy his and his matching similar cars I suppose, but the neighbors would smirk.
