Came here for the first time with my husband and son to look for a product that'll get rid of hard water spots on our vehicles. I thought about having our cars detailed but we're on a budget. Junior who works there provided great customer service. He's friendly and easy to talk to. He approached us and asked if we needed help after he helped another customer. We told him the reason. He offered to show us how to use the water spot remover on my car. Of course we took that offer and glad we did. The hard water spot was gone on the area he cleaned. We purchased the item as well as some others. When we got home we decided to use the products. It's worth it and easy to use. Our vehicles are feeling smooth and looking shiny again. Honestly this place is awesome. I don't know much or actually anything about detailing a vehicle.... That's why I came here. I needed a chemical that would remove red dirt stains from a white vehicle. Soon as I walked in Junior was super helpful! He suggested an acid wash that was actually for wheels. Gave me the advice I needed and the process was actually very simple. I mean if I did it anyone can! He then suggested a ceramic spray for regular protection and maintenance. My husband always took care of his vehicles from his high school days until now. Whenever we go to stores, he likes to visit their automotive department to see if he can find different wash and polish products. Our friend suggested this place and said he buys this product called Graphene. You can either buy it in a spray bottle or a gallon...we bought the gallon which cost about $90. You need to shake the bottle where the Graphene turns from white to blue and pour it in a spray bottle. We also bought a gallon of soap for about $20 and the foam gun for about $30 or $40...sorry, forgot the price. You pour the soap in the foam gun bottle and connect it to the water hose to shoot the car with suds. After you wash and dry the car, you spray the Graphene on a microfiber cloth and wipe it on the car and windshield. By doing this, the rain beads and rolls off the car keeping it cleaner for a longer period of time. The rain also beads on the windshield so you don't have to use the wipers for drizzle/light rain...awesome! This place is located in Campbell Industrial and opens only on Wednesday's and Saturday's to the public between 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., the other days are for service dealerships, detailers and auto body shops. Im a long time customer of ACS. Ever since they were in Waipahu back in the 90s. Then they moved to Pearl City. Now they are at Campbell Industrial. I firmly believe they have the best products on the island and great customer service skills. Today i talked with JR and Nick. Cool braddahs. Right now im using Technicians Choice ceramic detail spray and i wanted a soap that wouldnt take off the ceramic. Nick helped me with that. Great prices! Worth every penny!! I heard from a friend about this place. So I did decide to go n lucky it was open on my day off. They have wierd hours lol. I pick up the super sudsy car wash soap n a wheel applicator dressing wipe. The price is unbelievable and great. They guy explained everything to me on how it all works n how much to use. Honestly you only need 1oz of soap to your cannon wash gun n a half oz in your bucket. Man it's really sudsy n great. I did a double wash with to make sure I use it all. I will be neck to that shop automatically for more stuff. It's like a candy store in there. This place is awesome! Every time i come here, there seems to be new stuff to look at or know about. The workers are soooo nice here. They are knowledgeable and give great help when it comes to taking care of our cars. They even take the price into consideration to see which is affordable. No pressure into what they sell, just make sure u know how to use it and what its for. They open certain days and times, so be mindful of that. I visited ACS today, Wednesday, August 19 and decided to pick up a polisher. HONESTLY, I've polished about 3 feet with my new machine and I couldn't be any happier with the results I'm getting. This is after spending 5 days with a polisher I picked up from Lowe's, which I attempted to get the results that my new polisher produced within 10 minutes. This detail shop has every supply item one would need to detail your vehicle, no wonder why they e been in business for so many years and now have expanded to online sales. Mahina is very sweet and knowledgeable! Don't be shy to ask about how to use a product, they are more than happy to educate you! My favorite products include: -Snappy's Tire Shine (extreme shine and doesn't come off from rain or running through a puddle) -Foam gun- use less water and no need to double dip sponges/brush in dirty soapy water! Time saver! I can't live without this! -Ceramic soap-Although I do not have ceramic coating on my vehicle, it gives a great shines(use after washing off all dirt/grime) -Ceramic Hydro Blast-I follow up with this after the ceramic soap! Makes vehicle REALLY shiny! -Ceramic spray for aluminum rims- LOVE LOVE LOVE, great after polishing, to keep longevity of shine. Also creates a protective coat so rims can practically just be rinsed with a pressure washer, no scrubbing. -Aqua Glow spray wax- remember wax as you dry? same concept at a professional grade.. don't forget to wear gloves during application! read more
