I knew going into the purchase, it is a USED VEHICLE, with a 3rd party warranty, so don't go into a used car lot expecting a brand new 2025 vehicle. Skylar was able to find a vehicle I could agree on with an affordable price. The cons is the vehicle does need a bit of work to be perfect , but again it's a used cheap vehicle.

I messaged the guy on FB and he replied with a cell number. I text'd the number and got a price for the part and an address of the yard. I called to confirm availability and the female who answered the phone sent me pictures by text message. I let them know I would be coming that afternoon, and when I got there, the part was already removed from the car. The yard looked pretty big with a lot of cars. Overall very good experience with this place. The woman I spoke to on the phone and the other ladies in the "office" trailer were very nice and friendly. Using a junk yard can be a hit or miss experience. You can call them to ask if they have what you are looking for. Keep in mind, used parts come in a wide array of conditions, so make sure you inspect the part before buying/paying.

I mentioned I spoke to someone and they said a different price, and she persisted that they don't sell any door for $175. So I left. Messaged the owner and long story short they said I could buy the door for $175, and that was after I had left and went elsewhere for the part from another used parts store. I drove all the way from Honolulu just to get the part and they wasted my time. Don't ever go here.

I just picked up a 2017 Honda Fit LX and I started to experience electrical issues after 3 days…read more It ends up loosing power on the road with signs that it could be the battery or alternator. I changed out the battery and drive about a mile where the symptoms came back. Thinking it's the alternator, I pull it out to get tested. Orilleys said they could not test it with their equipment and they have to special order. I asked AI and they brought me to CPR and glad they did! They not only tested the alternator but deemed it good...still charges. I read the the limited voltage regulator goes bad on these models out the blue. CPR was able to pinpoint that. He had options to repair it but was truthful that he is not 100 percent sure that the regulator is the issue since he does have a tested for that regulator. I let CPR know that I'll work with the dealership and thankfully they scheduled me with their repair shop. Really appreciates the service and honesty of CPR and will bring all my electrical to them first.

Took my car in for a warranty repair of my driver seat. When i got the car back, the side of the…read moreseat was scratched right where two panels meet and the cushion not put back on correctly. I left a voicemail about it to work this out with the service lady who proceeded later to tell me the tech took a picture of the scratch on my seat before working on my car, but i guess that's fine when the tech realizes he tried taking the seat apart the wrong way, takes picture of his mistake, then finds the correct way to access the part to replace. Service manager stated techs take pics of the area to be worked before starting work. If that's the case, i only got a picture of one side of the seat and not the other side..so tech didn't follow the service managers instructions and SM sides with her lying tech. Got it. This isn't the first time I've been lied to by techs at this dealership doing warranty work on my car. Previous visit was for ACTUALLY replacing my entertainment screen and not lying about it being done the first time. Ask me how i know...not difficult to figure out if parts get replaced or not. Why should you have to worry about this coming here??? IF you do still go to this con job of a place, at least take pics yourself of area to be worked before you rely on "Certified" techs doing the work the right way, the FIRST time! I brought my tires that I purchased, and they were supposed to just install the tires. they removed the tires from the car, removed the tires from the rim and identified that the rims needed sanding and sealing. Instead of just installing the new tires, RAD did the extraordinary effort in doing the job right! Any other tire shop may have just installed the tires on the rusted rims. Again, I highly recommend RAD for the professional service and dedication in doing the job right!
