Working with Marie was phenomenal! She was extremely friendly and kind. She always responded promptly and kept clear communication with us. When we first met Marie, she was very thorough in explaining all the different product lines available for my vehicle, along with each pro and con of each line. She did not come across biased or attempting to up-sell me but what was honest and clear. She was able to showcase each product and their features and abilities. She told us we were able to complete the installation whenever we were ready. She said all we needed to do was have a clean-ish truck bed for a smoother installation. All the way leading up to the install, Marie kept a clear line of communication. On the day off, we dropped off the truck, finalized our decision on which product line to go with, as well as signed the last of the paperwork. She said it would take about 4 hours, however, she also advised we could leave the truck all the way up until 5pm for pickup. By the time we came back, the truck was ready and looking good. Marie shared all the details of the installation, as well as a thorough walk-through on the changes. Spoke to zack over the phone and helped me out with my camper situation. I needed to replace my rear glass and decided to stop by there shop and order me a new glass. I got lucky and they had a rear glass assembly in stock. There was a nice lady in the office that gave me two options on my rear glass and I decided to go with the one they had in stock. and zack and his installed my new glass assembly with in 30mins. Order these swing boxes thur aloha toppers a few weeks ago and I was call to schedule installation which happened today. I'm super happy with them as they are up out of the way and swing out for access to the box. There is also a lock on the swing part so nobody can open the tailgate and take the box. Called and got information on some bed covers. I believe she was the owner was very knowledgeable with her products. She explained everything and when we went down she had samples to look at, looked at the truck and it was a quick sale. My boyfriend already looked up which ones would fit his bed and how he'd want to use it so he just wanted to be able to see them. Our Tacoma has a Snugfit lid. The locks on the lid were broken and the hinges on both sides of the lid were also broken. Drove down to their Aiea location. Reasonable wait time to have technician look at the work to be done and give me an estimate. They replaced the broken locks while I waited and ordered the new hinges. I was pleased with their work and felt their prices were fair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services. read more

Have been meaning to complete this review. The service and friendliness is second to none. Had a small issue with reverse issue sensors, contacted the business and was able to book an appointment almost immediately. The person I spoke with was so friendly and assured my wife and I that they would take care of the problem at once. Fast forward a few hours later, car was repaired and received a call from the tech as to what the issue was and how it was remedied. Have had no issues since. Bought a Roll n Lock from them in 2019 for my Toyota Tacoma. Recently, the locking mechanism was loose and stuck. Called to see if they could fix it and they made an appointment for me the next day. I was looking for a lower profile cover and she mentioned that they will be having a new model shipped in with with the look I'm in search of. although this place is tucked away in the back of some industrial business, I had a very pleasant visit here. I came in without an appointment and bought an Extang Solid Fold 2.0 for my Toyota Tacoma. It's unfortunate how I had put down a deposit of $100 to hold and schedule an appointment to install a truck bed cover which they already had in stock.. I had a change of heart on which cover I wanted so I decided to call Marie to ask her about my thoughts about possibly changing to a more expensive cover. Apon asking my "question" she immediately was expressing how they had already ordered a replacement for the one that they were planning to install on my tuck, which they only had one in stock. I had expressed if I possibly could use that down payment of $100 towards a more expensive one. Which she gave me the impression that it's made me feel that I was a burdened. I was so uncomfortable with her response, I actuality told Marie... how about this.. you can keep my $100 for my troubles.... And at that point I wouldn't want to conduct business with a company that reacts in such a way, especially when I actually wanted to spend more money on a higher model and it not like they will lose out, they already has that cover in stock..... So again no customer should be responded to the way they did to me. Consider this $100 a blessing from me to your company and to learn from your mistakes on how to respond to customers... especially if they want to get a better model and to spend more to get what they want.
