Cash will get you a cheaper rate than card so make sure you pull out the amount needed before picking up your truck. Bed liner was $550 and side steps was $450. In case you were curious on prices. We purchased a new Chevy Silverado for our daughter and just a few days after using the truck bed, there were already scratches on the paint. Our dealer highly recommended Pamalu to spray the back with trucking lining paint. The result was amazing. The truck looks great and we now want to spray the bottom of the truck with the same material. My daughter has strollers and misc metal banging in the back of the truck but I don't have to worry about scratches or rust anymore. Here is my review even though I got serviced by them 2 months ago. The reason I waited is I wanted to see how the product turned out after a while. I bought a new truck and knew that I wanted to get it spray lined. I had never heard of Pamalu so it was not my first choice. I went online and looked at other places but was disappointed in what I had read for other the other business' and thats how I learned about Pamalu. I gave them a call and got a response with a quote right away. I was near their location so I popped in and the response I got over the phone was the same I got in person. I inquired about getting a spray lining for the bed and also a Retrax cover. Fortunately they had one on had for the size of the truck. I scheduled the appointment for a couple days out and brought it in on time. I believe I dropped it off at 10 am, and was quoted about 3-4 hours. I got a call for pickup around before 1pm. Everything looked great. Paid for the services and took it home. 2 months later, the spray lining still looks brand new and the cover works perfectly. Pamalu did a great job on my spray liner. I had a 2014 Ford F-150 and had it sprayed when I bought it new. I just traded it in for a brand new 2022 F-150 Hybrid. When I traded in the 2014, the bed still looked new! No scratches, gouges, or even wear downs in the liner. So that is why I went back to them and had it sprayed on my 2022 Truck. I had 2 roof racks and bed racks installed about 2 weeks ago on my $70,000 brand new 2023 Toyota tundra. A week ago I was driving up the H3 when out of nowhere I heard a small rumble on the roof, looked back and the back roof rack came off and landed in between my rear window and the bed racks. Drove all the way home and assessed the damage. Had a couple scratches and 2 dimple size dents on the right of the rear window.. did I mention my truck was brand new and I had it less than a month.. Called Pamalu to tell them right away and that I won't be able to bring it in until after my week long vacation. Brought it in today for them to fix it. But the manager/worker told me that my story seemed unrealistic and refuses to pay for the damage caused by their poor installation. I paid for the racks and installation in full which was over $3,000. And now I need to get their mistake fixed with my own money. They lost a faithful customer and any potential customer from all my construction co workers that's looking to buy. Wouldn't want anything like this to happen to anyone's truck. read more

Pamalu ordered and installed my weather tech window deflectors. It would have been the same price, if I ordered it myself online, and I wouldn't have been able to install it. It took some time for the crew to install it. Was pretty tight for the back windows, and they were very careful, not to damage the rubber for my windows. It looks great! Pamalu, from the start of my call, to updating me, and squeezing me in first thing on a saturday, was great. These guys, have great customer service, everyone was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the place is that there's no waiting room. I wish I knew so I would've arranged for someone to pick me up while I waited.
