I did a walk in because they said I could.....lol! The guys are really good especially when I was stressing out on my tire due to a flat this morning. I sat in the waiting room which was comfortable, clean & nice. Someone met me outside & I showed him my tire issue & they were on it like white on rice......lol! They were really quick especially in this terrible weather, found out it was a piece of metal. They gave me so much relief knowing that they were on it & quick. There was even a TV showing their customers what they are doing on your car, I never seen that before usually you sit in the waiting room, so that was very nice & cool. 09/15/2025 Had a nail in my tire & could not be plugged so I needed 4 new tires as the other tires were also worn down after 80,000 miles. Called two other tire shops prior & they didn't have my tire size. Luckily JA tires had my tires in stock when I called & was able to schedule me right away within 2 days working with my busy schedule. Repairs were only a few hours & they recommended I have my front inner tie rods replaced because they were worn out so they could only do a partial alignment free of charge which was awesome. First time ever getting some tires installed into a brand new wheel so basically brand new tires installed into a brand new wheels and mountain balance. They were able to install my wheels onto my my truck and the process went out smooth fast efficient and super quick I was out there less than an hour and a half, and the technician was amazing. He was fast thorough. He allowed me to look at my car walked around the car car as he continued to work on it and he was friendly. We were talking stories about trucks because he had the same type of trucks and he was in the culture and it was just amazing to be able to see him work on the truck at firsthand and to converse with him and talk about a lot of different things in common And the staff member was very friendly. The cashier was very very friendly was able to process and take my payment without any problems and the warehouse was nice and neat with the well kept they have restrooms over there and the restroom is nice and clean and the good part is you get to see the whole process with a waiting room with a large window where you can just come out or just look over the waiting room and you can see the process of your work of the car being worked on and how the process that they are currently at and the staff member that operates the tow truck and the other people that comes in go to this shop shows a lot of foot traffic because a lot of deliveries and a lot of inquiries about Tire installation but overall the process went well. There was no damage too much tires. There was no damage to my wheel. It was a brand new wheel and they also remove the old tire from an old wheel and separated all into four pieces so I was able to put everything back and they followed the instructions really well. I wanted those tires back home and those old wheels back home so they put everything in the back of my truck and I was able to take that back home overall such a great experience and I will definitely come back here again for the next tire change or for the next service should they have in the best part is is convenient. It's located on the west side of wow and it serves a lot of the people from this area both of them his word Mount and before the appointment what they do is they call or text you to confirm the job to make sure that you have situation awareness and gives you a reminder of the appointment so that also is a plus and just overall seems like a very nice friendly family oriented business that provides superb quality service to the customers and to the people of how about you so thank you for the great experience and I just want everybody to recognize that you guys are awesome. read more

This company was top notch from a customer service perspective. I needed a tire repaired or replaced. It ended up that the tire was beyond repair as the damage was caused by hitting a pot hole dead on. They did not have my tire brand to replace it. I would go back to them if I ever have an auto issue again. I could not locate the business even with a GPS as they are located in a massive business park so they came & found me! That was so awesome & a big relief. And they tried to help immediately even though I was very late. The female attendant answering the phone couldn't have been nicer. U can't go wrong with their customer service. Since I did not have any work I feel I need to give it a 4 rather than a 5 but my intuition tells me they are probably a 8 or 9 read more

So glad I was recommended to come here! :) I had the hardest time trying to find my tires in STOCK anywhere on this island that wasn't more than $500/each tire. Finally, a friend recommended to check out Jay's shop, right down the road from my job. Straight after work to come here get my 2 tires replaced and rotated, took less than an hour. I waited a whole 2 weeks to find someone/shop that can fix my tires RIGHT AWAY w/ no far away appt. Huge mahalo to Jayce, Keloa and I forgot the women who is in the front desk :) I love the fact that you folks are THOROUGH, EDUCATED IN VEHICLES, and just knowing what they are doing! If I can give more than 5 stars I would!! Went with my husband to change out one tire but once we got there we decided to change out all 4 tires. Wasn't sure if they would have it in stock but they were on it! Within a few minutes they had the rest of the tires sent over. The staff there were very welcoming and chill and instantly took care of us. Within less than 2 hours, everything was all done and my husband was very satisfied with his Subaru's new shoes! One of my tires had a nail jammed in and couldn't hold constant air pressure. Texted JA Tires for an appointment expecting some days down but said they were able to take me in later that day. Told them my tire size and said everything was good. Went to the shop, gave the crew my keys and they immediately went to work.
