They used me as a pawn to ask questions about getting audited when I was speaking to a loan representative. They offered me a car on the spot for $150/month, adding a few hours to my visit and then after applying for a loan, which they didn't consider, payment would be as low as 240. I gave a deposit to hold a car and to provide assurance that after repairs (a dead battery, broken Struts, broken sunroof/moonroof, and missing cargo cover), but when DCU informed me of the real title condition, it took me 2 days to get the refund and speaking with the sealed rep and owner of the business. I clearly expressed that I was no longer interested in associating myself with the business and looking elsewhere. A few days later, the owner messages me about s new arrival I might be interested in. This was after I spoke to the manager about the integrity, professionalism , and methods of selling that I experienced.

According to one of my adjusters (as I was dealing with two separate claims), that sort of thing doesn't usually happen! I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a few years as I'd had such good experiences with my last two Lexus vehicles. But it all changed when that last accident totaled three cars due to someone driving under the influence. And so began my search for the perfect new (or potentially used) car. I went to so many dealerships and test drove everything I thought I might like. Volvos, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes, BMW and Toyota to name a few. I called dealerships. I searched online. I had so many tabs open on my phone & photos saved that it was beginning to overwhelm me. I was disappointed and lied to by more than one salesman to be sure until I visited FAMILY TOYOTA in Burleson. My salesman was Dominic Gomez and how he changed my perspective of a car salesman! He was honest & upfront with me and genuinely cared about my needs, budget and concerns. He heard me out and was patient to the point of even setting up my phone with the Toyota App. When I was ready to buy my new Toyota BZ, he didn't flinch when I said I needed to drive the Toyota Crown "just to be sure" since I love a luxury car. In the end, I went with the new 2026 BZ Limited BEV (battery electric vehicle) as I just love the smooth ride, platform and trim (not to mention the huge savings by not buying gasoline)! The store's General Manager is Dustin and he was most accommodating & helpful, too. I was so impressed with the no pressure sales and how clean & organized this dealership is as well. I really can't say enough having been through so much these last two months as I did extensive research & was really losing hope until I walked into FAMILY. I had other car salesmen from premier dealerships literally lie to my face about prices but this didn't happen here. He sold us both of these cars, knowing that I have five children that I transport in these vehicles. He encourages you to bring the cars to his shop to work on so that you "don't have to spend your money elsewhere". After and hour and half and time being 4:30(20min drive and they close at 5:30) decided to head that way to make sure I get the car back at end of the day. Funny thing is, I forgot that the very car I drove for the last 5 years came from Park Cities. I happen to trust Lincolns, so there was the added confidence in the product specialist. I communicated with the sales person via text while en-route, and when I arrived they were ready for me. The salesperson was quick to display both cars and explain the difference. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the cars and their functionality which is what I would expect from a dealership. We were even shown functionality that we had no idea existed in our existing cars. This place is spotless and the sales staff here is trained to show constant courtesy and acknowledgement. Even the sales guys I wasn't working with offered my wife and I a drink or a bottled water. I like feeling like I matter when I'm getting ready to spend money on a car. A car is considered a major purchase and there is always a given amount of stress that comes with that purchase.
