"This isn't the first time that this has happened" that the website, the receptionist I called, and the clerk who checked me in confirmed that the tires I requested were in stock. A guy came out to me 2 hours later, saying that he and his manager looked all over the warehouse for my tires and will not be able to do the job. Not to mention it couldn't even be done in the first place because my lug nuts are a two-piece screw top sets that I supplied a key for them, are a SAFETY CONCERN for the workers... this was ridiculous and a waste of time! Discount Tire did NOT take care of me.
