Got rear ended on 2/12. Brought the car and they emailed an estimate right away. They asked us first if they can go ahead and start the repair and we said yes. I'll just pay the deductible first because i want my car back right away and its such a hassle driving a rental. They were so friendly over the phone and in person. Answered all my questions since this is our first accident (not our fault). They told us the car will be ready 2/26, they ordered new rims and City Toyota was late with delivery so we got the car the next day which was not a problem. Melissa (receptionist) called 2/27 and said the car is ready. She was kind and patient with all my questions. Wilson was handling the claim/repair, when we picked up our car he walked us thru and explained every single detail they did and what was needed. Even the paint job was amazing. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He advised us to be on top of our claim with other party's insurance company to get our deductible reimbursed. Avoid this place like plagues!!! My Toyota Corolla got keyed so I took it here for them to fix and repaint. The place seemed clean and the manager professional. One week later my Corolla was ready for pickup. I came to pick up my car and upon close inspection, I saw tiny air bubbles everywhere on the paint of the bottom door panel. I asked the manager and he told me his exact words, "Well, your car is not exactly a Lexus. It's just a Toyota Corolla." Then he raved on and on how his customers mostly drive Mercedes and Lexus. So I called my insurance company, AAA, and they told him that he'd better fixed my car right or they will not pay him, so he took my car back to redo it. One week later, I came back to pick up the car. I saw this kid was cleaning my car so I struck a conversation with him. It turned out he was the one that worked and repainted my car and he only recently graduated from high school and he was currently attending automobile classes at a community college. I inspected the car and still saw tiny bubbles but I had enough of this place so I decided to just drive away. After I drove home, I realized they replaced my original OEM door edge moldings with hard plastic ones which didn't fit and they fell out and scratched the paint even more. I thought If they can't even do it right on an inexpensive car, would you trust them with a more expensive car? read more

I recently spent $1,100 on a body repair here to my car and I was disappointed with the service and the repair itself. I picked this place because my insurance dealt directly with them and because of the recommendations on Yelp. When I got the car back the repair was done pretty good but the car was filthy . I am used to auto body places that wash your car when they give it back to you. When I cleaned the car myself I then noticed silver overspray on some of the black trim parts! I called them and took it back spending an hour of my time there while they tried to remove the overspray. They couldn't remove it so they ended up repainting the parts black which did not make me very happy because these were plastic trim parts that aren't supposed to be painted. One thing I did like about this place was the feature where you could view your car online but the problem was they didn't update the pictures so they were usually a day or two behind. read more

They get the second star for customer service. Keith and his staff were great. Kept in contact with me every chance they got. Let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle. Other than that, the job done on my truck was not ok at all. This was my first car accident and my insurance recommended this place so I was like sure why not since they're paying for it and yelp reviews weren't so bad. BAD IDEA! The area they did work on which was the rear bumper and door was not aligned correctly and makes squeak sounds. You have to love a place that lets you check the progress of your car online. There is a daily update that you can access through their website. Kinda like a car day care cam! The staff is very friendly and effiicient. I brought my car in for a replacement bumper after a fender bender (not my fault!) They estimated 4-6 days for repair and it was done in 5, right on time. When I had residual problems like a door that wouldn't quite close right and one little ding that didn't get painted, they told me to come right in and they'd take care of it. Indeed they did. Keith took my car right away, readjusted the door, touched up the paint and gave me a bottle of paint to take with me. He even touched up a scratch that was completely unrelated to my accident. One minor fender-bender accident and a smashed bumper later, we're given an Auto Collision Center referral by the offending party's insurance. Came in for an estimate and we were told they would need to order the part and would call us to set up a time for the repair when the part arrived, which would be the next week. So we waited...and waited, and finally called towards the end of the following week...the part was there but for some reason, no one called to let us know. Not a huge offense, but in a world where customer service makes the difference in where your dollars are spent and referrals are made, the small details can make or break you. The repair was done perfectly, and my car was returned to me clean and detailed. Excellent work and attention to detail. My only suggestion would be to pay more attention to customer service - if you tell someone you'll call them when a part comes in, you call them. read more

My Nissan Versa got rear-ended by a motorcycle when I parked on the street (unattended). Due to uninsured motorist, my insurance company was able to pay for the repair. Auto Collision Center (ACC) was recommended by my insurance company and relatively close to where I live, so I just went with it. My goal was to get the car repaired to the condition before the accident (no worse). After I got the green light from my insurance company, I immediately scheduled for my appointment with ACC. During initial inspection, I explained the damage, the extra noise and vibration from the bottom side of my car. Keith addressed the issue with my car and said will start the repair as soon as my parts has arrive. So I had to comeback in a week or so. A week and a half has past and I didn't receive their call, so I decided to call again and see my status. Then they said my part had arrived but due to their workload, my repair had to delay to the following week. No problem and I would come back as they promised. Then I dropped off my car in the following week, and they completed the paint job and installation in about a week or so. I was delighted to pick my car up. The car was cleaned and all new parts installed. It looked good. Then I started the engine and ready to go home. At first, I still noticed the louder than usual noise but I thought I was being picky. The next day when I drove on the freeway to work, the loud noise (grinding sound) became obvious (same condition after the accident and before the repair). So I called the next day and they said no problem, just bring in again. So I did. They promptly responded and found that the cross members at the bottom were in contact slightly. Hence the grinding noise when the car started. So one more problem fixed, and I picked up my car on the same day evening. The engine was quiet at the start. Pretty good service, I thought. However, when I drove my car on the freeway next day, the muffler (exhaust system) was making the same noise when I accelerate to high speed. I thought, they obviously didn't fully test drive my car after the repair. I call them up again and explained the persisting issue. They said no problem and bring your car in. I repeat the same process. They promptly identify the issue and fixed the noise. Ok, that was the last time I needed to go back hopefully, I thought. Indeed, the noise was gone, but the vibration on my passenger seat did not go away as I explained during the initial inspect. Then I failed to follow up because of the distraction of the noise issue in my previous returning visits. What now? I thought, do I live with the minor issues. The vibration appeared randomly even on an even road so I thought it's generated within my car not because of external factors. Anyway, long story short (it's already too long), I did NOT go back the shop for the 4th time to repair the random vibration and rattling noise on the passenger side. They said it's unlikely the insurance company would pay for that additional repair since my car was rear ended. I'm 100% certain that issue appeared only after the accident. With the amount they charged the insurance company for the repair and parts, I expected my car to be fixed inside and out to no frustration level. I give them 4 stars because the staff are friendly and helpful along the process. It could have been a 5 star rating if they have marked down my initial comments and fully checked them all out, one-by-one, without multiple visits. The fact that I had to return 3 times and yet still find lingering issues is quite frustrating. For better service, I suggest to do the followings: 1. Make sure the staff in the shop make a check list on the issues you addressed during evaluation. 2. Call them for repair status because your repair might be delayed due to their workload. 3. Ask them to test drive your car after the repair (for internal damage). 4. It's recommended to test drive your car for 10 to 15 min on a freeway if your car had interior problem (noise, vibration, and etc.) That's about it. Good luck! read more

I never review places, but my experience at DC Auto Collision Center is worthy of it for several reasons. This was my first time ever at a collision center because I've never had to deal with car or accident stuff. I'm 22 and this was all new to me, but hopefully this review will speak to you in some way: The Pros: *First: If you're tech-savvy, this place does a great job of keeping you up to date on the repairs through their website's 'check vehicle' tool. You can view photos of the repair process which is helpful. *Second: They called with updates on occasion during the process (most calls were made after 5pm which is great for us folks who have day jobs). They work via e-mail too which is helpful for scanning documents/approving estimates. *Third: The work on the car was satisfactory. The Cons (and my personal experience): *First: I left my 2017 Hyundai Elantra sport with them January 30, 2018 and got it back March 14. The two people who were tasked with my car (Aaron and Luis) were no longer employed by the time repairs were finished. The most annoying thing about the staffing issue was that I wasn't made aware of it until I called them asking for an update on the repairs (two weeks from the date I turned my car in). Turns out, most of the parts weren't even ordered yet so this caused a delay. I'm wondering if in those two weeks, my car was just sitting there untouched. Extremely unprofessional to not let your customer know that the person tracking their vehicle isn't even employed there. Major screw up there. But, I get it, things happen. I give them a slight pass on this, but let's keep going: *Second: Don't trust their estimated time of completion. I was told Feb. 23 was the likely date the repairs would be finished. Seeing as I would be out of town that weekend (2/23 - 2/25), I asked if I could pick up my Elantra Monday 26th instead (this gives them additional time anyway). I returned my rental car on the 22nd since I was flying out of town the 23rd and figured there was no point in paying an additional 3 days for a rental car I wouldn't use since my Elantra would be done on Monday after my trip. I was told on the 26th when I got back that they would need more time because the technician discovered missing parts so it would take an additional 2 weeks. At this point, I started wondering if they have ever worked on a Hyundai since there was delay after delay. What are these "missing parts"? Why wasn't this discovered earlier? At least they let me know...but, seriously? Two weeks? The slight pass I gave them earlier was deteriorating quickly at this point and my impatience spiked. I asked to speak to the general manager and two days later I got his call. *Third: The general manager was rational and nice over the phone. He assured me that the repairs would be complete in a timely manner. I understand that the owner had to carry the burden of a staff transition and a growing impatient customer (me). He told me that I just happened to have left my car at the worst time. Again, I'm empathetic--I really am. I hate being "that customer" who asks for the manager, but in this case, I think I was deserving of an explanation at the very least. I was spending a lot of money on rental car, uber/lyft, public transportation so it was an even bigger burden for me than it was for them. *Fourth: Everyone was fairly confident that my car would be ready March 8, 2018 Turns out, the final part needed was not ordered correctly--it was the wrong part. At this point, I'm fuming. I call Hyundai directly and have them look into this specific case. They tell me that they order their parts based on what the repair shop tells them (order part number, including VIN). It was highly unlikely that the error was on Hyundai's part. By now I've become numb to the frustration. I just wanted my car back. On March 14, I finally got my car back. They offered to go over the repairs with me but I didn't even care to talk to them anymore and just left. I had forgotten how to even drive my Elantra at this point. My ultimate advice to customers: DC Auto Collision Center are not terrible people by any means and I think they genuinely care about the jobs they do, but they're not the most proactive either so if you have a Hyundai, save your time and go somewhere else. Although they apologized, they could have at least offered to deliver my car to me, offer some sort of courtesy discount - something! All I can do is roll my eyes every time I pass by that shop. The only reason they don't get 1 star is because at the very least, they acknowledged they screwed up although at certain points they tried to hit me with the "well it's a big job", "well we have a lot of costumers", "well that's the thing with Hyundai-- they take a while". My car got banged pretty bad by a hit and run driver and just moving over to DC, I called AAA to locate a autobody shop and they recommeded me to this one. Well, at first things were peachy and they knew what they were doing. And gave me a pickup date of a week since i had to get it repainted, get the parts in and what not.. I called a week after dropping my car and Mike said that it wasn't ready and would be ready when within the next few days when the paint was ready. A few days after that, I called again. Same excuse. Then I finally get a call on Friday at 3:45pm saying that my car was ready to be picked up. ehh.. hello, this is a friday before the labor day weekend and I'm still at work. I sitll have to return the rental car, and then get a ride over to your bloody shop before you close at 5:30. What do you think I am? Superman with wings? Granted, the car was done right and I couldn't recognize any of the damage that I came in with. My car still smelled like paint (obviously, they just finished painting and waxing it before giving me a ring). Next time, keep your customers in the loop and dont' tell them to pick up their car an hour and a half before closing! Idiot! read more

Dealing with this shop for couples of times. I think three times. Great service. The last service I got was sometime on May. My new four months old baby was crashed. My baby was fixed and done by Keith!!!! Since it was new 2014 car, I was very upset about the accident and at the same time, wondered about quality of repair. But guess what, when I got my car back, it was PERFECT. Color matching was my greatest concern but it was a magic work by auto collision and Keith. Several other reasons that made my experience satisfaction: 1. We were picked up by rental car--auto collision arranged it for us. 2. The service was done on promised time. 3. So, for this place to be my first review and giving it 5 stars is saying something! To make a long story short, my mom and I wanted to take my dad's car, a Lexus IS 250, out for a drive since he was on a trip for about 3 weeks. We went to Trader Joe's at Westlake in Daly City and we were so happy we were able to get a parking space close to the store because it is usually so busy. We parked, went into the store, and when we came out, boy oh boy were we SURPRISED.. Or rather SHOCKED to see a huge scratch and dent on the driver's side from a large white mid-sized SUV who obviously didn't know how to park correctly. Luckily, the person who hit us wrote us a note and claimed full responsibility for the damage by providing insurance and their information. After reporting to insurance and all the boring stuff... We were presented with 2 autobody shops close to us. We decided to go to Auto Collision Center and we were incredibly impressed! Keith, the general manager, handled our case and he did an AMAZING JOB! From the evaluation of the car to handling the insurance, we could not have asked for better service. What impressed us the most is that my mom and I wanted to get the job done before my dad came home, which made the job for Keith incredibly difficult. We gave him basically 3 work days to get it done. And did he deliver! Keith even made sure that the car looked perfect by making sure all of the scratches were taken out and quickly washed before the keys were handed over. The car looks like nothing happened and my dad will not suspect a thing... Although, we'll still have to tell him. Wonder how that will go? In any case, I highly recommend this place! When you walk into the office, you will see all of the awards they have received over the years. On top of it all, it is a family business and everyone in the office is incredibly nice! I was involved in a minor accident where this guy's car rolled back into mine. The impact was probably no more than 5-7 miles per hour, but it scuffed up my bumper and dislodged it a bit. I was referred here by the other party's insurance, and checked them out on Yelp prior to coming. I noticed some criticisms, but because my damage wasn't that bad and Auto Collision is close to where I live, I decided to just overlook those bad reviews. I was greeted by one of the managers/owners, Keith. He was very friendly, customer oriented, and pleasant to deal with. He told me that because of the Fourth of July holiday was coming up, that I should take my car in afterwards because realistically speaking, it would not have been worked on. I appreicated the honesty and had no problem with it. I dropped off my car after a few days and filled out the paperwork. They informed me that it would take a couple days to repair my bumper, and asked whether or not I needed assistance with a rental car. Although I didn't require one, I appreciated the fact that these guys wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. True to their word, they called me after two days informing me that my car was ready. I picked up my car about ten minutes before they closed. Although they were winding down, they did not seem to rush me out the door when I picked up my car. My front bumper looked brand new. The paint job was flawless and they were able to set my bumper back to its original place. All and all, the work done was beyond satisfactory with a professional service to go with it. OK. Came here because it was the closest shop to my house and was on the list of recommended body shops from Farmer's insurance (the insurance carrier of the guy who made awesome dent and scratch marks on my rear passenger door and right rear fender- hahah sorry had to vent) Anywho back to the review...Farmer's insurance told me that Keith will take care of my car, and he did. I brought my car in for an estimate and the time it will take him to finish. Keith thoroughly explained Auto Collision's routine on how they handle situations. He took picutres, made notes for about 10 minutes and stated that it'll be best if I bring my car back on the following Monday so he can have 5 days to repair the nice scratches. I came back the following Monday and he took more pictures and explained to me that they take pictures of the work that's been done everyday and post them onto their website for the customer to view the progress. Cool! He gave me a call three times within the 5 days to update me on the progress. Keith kept his word and my car was ready by Friday, washed, waxed and detailed. I really appreciate the service and quality of work that I received at Auto Collision Center. My 2010 Hyundai is as good as new. This place is good because they know how to communicate with you, and all the people who work there work as a team. Aron educated me on what my car needed and how they would fix it. He went the extra mile in explaining EVERYTHING. For the first time, I didn't feel talked down to or patronized by a car shop. I first went to the local competitor who is also a certified AAA repair shop and they didn't even call me back after I brought my car there to get an estimate! Also, the competitor questioned why I would take my car to them when my address was over 2 hours away....I thought they were weird. Anyways, back to Auto Collision Center---they give you access to a video camera of your car while it is being repaired. And, they coordinated nicely with helping me get a rental car. I had my back window and panel damaged last saturday unfortunately in SF. The shop is only open until 1pm on saturdays, but they still agreed to let me bring it in and lock it up over the weekend. They called Enterprise to get me a rental car all before 1pm and got me on my way. Keith called me on monday and wednesday to give me updates on the estimate, and the plan and they finished the work right on time. This place is awesome! Brought my car in by recommendation of my insurance due to a car accident. My car was supposed to be in only for about almost 3 weeks but they then told me they found additional damage so it was a closer to 4-5 weeks especially since they had a lot of cars in to repair as well. They told me exactly what was going to be done and sent me email updates along the way. Everyone was cool and laid back and the entire experience was pleasant. My car had been sideswiped by another driver so my driver side doors and fender were damaged so bad, it hurt to look at it. When I got my car back, it looked as if nothing happened to the car and they even went and washed it and detailed it, I don't know if other ships do that because in past experiences other shops had not, so that was a plus. The day I was scheduled to pick up the car, they forgot one part. -1 star there. - another star for not telling me until i got there so i had no contingency prepared. My Mini Cooper and I received great service from Keith and the team. The estimate was done promptly, detailed, and received and approved immediately by my insurance company. Repairs began on schedule and I received regular updates on the progress. Keith told me that I could watch the work in progress via their website, but I didn't have the heart to see my "baby" dismembered online. There were several delays, due to unforseeable parts/supplier issues and such, but Keith kept me apprised of the situation. In the end, my restored Mini was delivered to a happy, satisfied customer. My experience with Auto Collision Center was perfectly atrocious. First, they had my car much longer than expected, which is fine, but neglected to update me on how long they anticipated having my car or why they needed it longer. I had to continually call them. Then when I picked up the car, there was a parking ticket left on the passenger seat, meaning one, despite following their direction to leave the keys in the drop box and park outside of the shop, I received a ticket, and two, they chose to try to "sneak it in" so I'd drive away without confrontation. The icing on the cake happened a week later when I drove through a gas station car wash. Water POURED in on me through the seals around the new door they (or trained orangutans) installed. When I looked more closely, the seams of the seals did not line up properly and were placed one atop the other! Do yourselves a favor and find an actual trained and professional outfit to repair your car. read more

Auto Collision did good work, but I'm giving 1 star because the owner Keith was about the rudest / most combative owner I've ever met. SUMMARY: Keith took charge of my repair job when I called to express disappointment re: 1. Long delays on our minor repair 2. Zero updates for nearly 3 wks while our car was held Keith was combative. He reneged a promise made by his employee, Grace, re: choosing a replacement part. He refused to let us pay our full bill by credit card - which is prohibited: if you join the Master / Visa network, your network agreement requires you to accept credit cards if the customer asks to pay by card. WHAT HAPPENED: We dropped off our car in late April for a fender repair. Grace, an employee, advised it would take 1.5 wks, including parts / labor. She promised we'd get updates whenever new info arose. We scheduled drop-off 3 wks in advance and were told parts would be ordered prior to minimize wait time. 1.5 wks pass - not a word. Meanwhile, we are hobbled with no car. I called back. Grace said the fender hadn't shipped; she'd call once she knew more. Another 4-5 days - not a word. It was really inconvenient with no car. I call again. Grace said there was a "hiccup." The OEM fender she ordered came damaged; she had to order another. That's a MAJOR update; why didn't we get a call? Grace said it'd be "a few more days." Another 3-4 days - not a word. Car's held almost 3 wks now. I call again. This time Keith picks up. He said no parts were ordered. I told him this wasn't right. I said I was unhappy there was no follow up. Every time I called there was a bad surprise. No one seemed to know, or care, how the delay inconvenienced us. Even a simple call: "Hey, the fender hasn't shipped, but it'll be here Thursday" would have provided assurance we were being cared for. Keith said he'd take charge and order one that morning. I was encouraged at first. He said it'd be a used OEM from a local scrapyard. Grace told us used parts often are damaged (indeed, the first one she ordered WAS damaged), so she promised we could see a photo upon arrival before deciding between OEM vs. new 3rd party fender. I asked Keith to text me the photo. Keith turned adversarial. He said, "I'm not here to order parts from different places for you to decide on. I'm gonna order the OEM fender and use that." He said, forcefully & repeatedly, "I want this job done and outta here." He said repeatedly, "If you had a Mercedes then yeah, it might be different. But your car is old, you literally have dents on the door. This isn't a Lamborghini here." He RUBBED that in. I get our car is old. It's not a Lambo like the ones Keith gets. But we diligently care for our car, service it, wash it. Any car 15 yrs old will have some dents. That doesn't give him the right to suggest "your car is shit, don't expect much." Plus, this repair cost more than $2K! For that much, is it unreasonable to confirm a scrapyard part isn't damaged before proceeding? It doesn't entitle him to treat us like crap. Especially when his shop screwed up, caused delays, gave zero updates. Eventually, Keith texted a photo bc I was upset. I called and he said, in fact, the fender DID have dents! That validated me. He said they were minor, he'd fix it. I asked if he'd recommend a 3rd party fender instead. He said he would have from the start bc no difference in quality vs. OEM (exactly opposite what Grace told us). Then he brushed me off: "I'm using this one: I want this job done and outta here." He reiterated he's not here to order parts and let me choose. He reminded me my car is old and crappy. Nice. PAYMENT: Since someone else hit our car, insurance was paying. Keith said he had to charge more than the insurance estimate bc his cost was higher. I said, fine: We'd ask insurance to pay us the extra first and then we'd pay Keith. We wanted to charge our credit card and earn the miles. (Who wouldn't?) Grace had told us no problem. But Keith refused. He said very combatively / rudely: "No way. I have to pay card fees. I'm not going to pay YOU just bc YOU want miles." What kind of response is that? I said insurance ALREADY paid us some, so he'd HAVE to accept credit card for at least that amount. He retorted: "Fine. But you're not gonna pay above that by card." He was such a jackass I just said, "Whatever." You aren't required to join the Master / Visa network, jerk. You CHOSE to bc you get more business. Card fees are YOUR cost of joining the network. By your service agreement, you don't get to choose WHEN to accept cards. If a customer asks to pay by card, you are required to accept it. Read your agreement. I do not understand why Keith was so combative / nickel-and-dimed us. An upset customer is an opportunity to convert to a lifelong evangelist. I could have been an evangelist and recommended my tech industry friends to bring their Teslas and Beamers here...but if you want to pay by credit card, and timely updates: STAY AWAY from Auto Collison Center. read more

We have terrible luck with cars. Other cars are magnetically attracted to our cars and need to hit them, quite often when they are parked. It's an odd thing to have a body shop, but we do and this place is it. It's a little family owned business. I have used this body shop several times and used others in the area as well. (We really have bad car luck.) I had another shop keep my car for a month, no joke, so the folks who complain about the time it takes to get your car back--that's a problem everywhere. ACC has this online thing where you can see your cars progress. It's not always 100% up to date but still it's kind of cool. They always call back quickly with answers to questions, anyhow. The ACC folks are helpful, responsive and friendly. Everything is always done correctly and they get back to me every time I call. Keith is one of the nicest guys I've met. We've been using them for ten years I think. Keith has helped us deal with unpleasant insurance experiences and insurance hassles. We are also two women and I grew up around cars and in garages and have difficulty dealing with shops that treat women as though we were stupid and these folks do not do that. They are respectful and just generally good people. Also as two women, we sometimes run into discrimination and we never do here. They treat us well and treat us fairly. Some of the negative comments I read here are a little hard for me to imagine anyone there saying. Our cars have been: a honda, a mazda, a plymouth voyager, and a near twenty year old ford escort and they treated each one as if it were a lexus. We just picked up our honda after it was hit again while parked. This is the first time I've dealt with Mike and he was a lovely and helpful man, just like Keith. I would avoid this place if you have the choice. I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for 6:00 pm on Thursday. I was impressed that a shop that closed at 6:00 would take a 6:00 pm appointment, but the lady I was speaking to assured me the last appointment was at 6:00 pm. On the day of the appointment I rushed out of work to make the scheduled time. I arrived at the shop at 5:54 (six minutes early because I am considerate like that). However the shop was all closed up. Immediately I think, this is not good. I find a parking spot and go up to the door where it says the hours are 7:00 to 6:00, recheck my watch and now it is 5:55. I try the door and it was locked. After giving the door a hard knock Mike comes to the door and gives me a look as to say "why are you banging on my door, can't you see I am closed." (Keep in mind this is still 5 minutes before the sign on the door I am looking at says they close). I say, "Hi, I am here for my 6:00 estimate." He says "We don't do estimates at 6:00." I told him (paraphrasing from here on out), "Well that is odd since I made an appointment with you at 6:00." To which he responds, "you didn't make it with us, you made it with our booking service. Our last appointment is at 5:45. I have to leave now so I can't do your estimate." "I say, so you don't honor appointments you make through your booking service." He said, "I have to go I can't even take your information." It was pretty apparent that he had no interest in helping me. I would like to pause here and point out a few issues I am having with this conversation: 1. They having a booking service that doesn't know the time of their appointments. 2. I drove all the way to their shop with an appointment, even arriving early, and Mike can't accommodate me because it is 10 minutes after what he says is their last appointment? 3. Do they not communicate with their appointment agency? There are basically two scenarios here, either 1) they don't communicate with their appointment agency, so if you make an appointment they will have no clue you are coming,or 2) they knew about my appointment and closed their door early hoping I wouldn't bother to knock. Scenario 2 is troubling because the appointment agency had all of my contact information, all they had to do was contact me and say hey, can you come 15 minutes earlier. It was a very poor experience and I would recommend avoiding them. If they don't go out of their way to try and be helpful when you aren't even a customer yet, how helpful do you think they will be once you are already locked in to working with them? read more

Never in my life did I think that someday, I would have a body-shop guy. But Keith, he takes care of me. We go years between wrecks, and still he remembers who I am and what I used to drive, gives me touch-up paint to take along, and fixes my cars so that they look like they used to. They even re-did the pinstriping on my old Honda to match the other side, and it was gorgeous. Thank you to the gang at Auto Collision Center. I'm sorry to the folks here who had bad experiences with them, but I've been taking my cars there for at least 10 years and I've never had a complaint. read more
