They were available to come out immediately. Despite later always being too busy to finish their work. 2.) The amount they quoted on the phone was doubled when they came onsite. $450 to $900 3.) They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.

She even came in early on a Saturday morning (a day they are closed) and made sure I was able to pick up my vehicle.
