They were available to come out immediately. Despite later always being too busy to finish their work. 2.) The amount they quoted on the phone was doubled when they came onsite. $450 to $900 3.) They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' Like they do to other similar reviews from other people that were ghosted by them.

I had an accident on Rt.301 9.10.24 that damaged the hood of my BMW '07 making it impossible to continue my trip to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis Md. bring my representation of my deceased father to the funeral of his USNA roommate / classmate '57's family as a guest attendee / speaker on my fathers behalf, as I was also carrying a special silk flower arrangement gift from our family to theirs in the back seat, that I had ordered special and had shipped up from a NC. florist to Va., for the family remembrance, of their father. John assisted me with transferring my vehicle back to Caliber Collision in Fredsburg. Va. allowing me to leave the vehicle that he handled for me personally with the tow company - he then surprised me by offering and took me to Enterprise rental down the street a couple blocks where I got an expedited rental scheduled for me, by the front C.S. Caliber folks making a quick emergency call to the sales folks. As a result - I was able to make the wake service as the folks were literally walking into the post funeral luncheon reception, coming from the internment on the USNA grounds. I was able to deliver my speech in memory of my father's classmate as 1 of 2 honor presenters - Only, because John Attwood, whom I'll never forget made it happen!!
