3rd go around with the guys here. Had some accent and headlight replacement, but not your normal type of replacement. I also got my car detailed here a few months ago, and I wonder who wrote the previous reviews. Yes, they were nice. However, they charged me an arm and a leg and were not ready to work on it when I dropped it off. When I received the car, it was only moderately clean. Big stains remained although I paid extra because of these stains. A big stain of sun screen on the dash board was gone, but instead they left a big white scratch. I paid for them extra to glue the fabric on the door that was loose, and a few weeks later it unglued, and looks worse than it did before they "fix" it. I was so disappointed. I waited months and saved for this detailing. It cost me almost $200, and I ended with a car was clearly vacuumed, but retained most of the stains it did before the detailing, a new scratch and a bad feeling. read more

took my 2013 Acura RDX in for full detail (89.00) plus the 20.00 leather treatment. Really nice place, never felt pressured to add this service or that. very comfortable, clean, modern shop. left my rig for a few hrs and ran errands. i have just come from Dallas, lots of roadtime, had my dog with me, and poor car was beyond cruddy. not anymore! beautiful work, every nook and cranny meticulously cleaned. even buffed a blemish off my rim. this car is my baby, and i would gladly go here again. they sell used vehicles too and I would be very comfortable looking for a truck there. read more

Had a detailing and deodorizing done in December 2015. Deodorizing done very well. Not satisfied with the detailing, though. Wash and wax only partially done, hood and rear door still dirty. Paint splash on lower doors not removed (I removed easily though). Windows only cleaned in centers, not in corners. Several dirty areas left on carpet and interior plastic surfaces that I had to clean (easily) later. And one floor mat damaged during cleaning, then covered with a paper mat to hide it. read more

After waiting a week for them to finish a vehicle,that they promised to finance,...I showed up with 2000$ ready to buy....the said they had another cash offer and refused to finance me....Cash Greedy...even their Ad says that 'they finance'as low as2.9%.......BBB may want to know about this! read more

My Chevy Sonic, which often transports my two dogs, looks like it came off the showroom floor after Auto Depot had it in their care. They couldn't get all the dog hair out of the rugs but certainly did their best in trying. Miracles aren't part of their trademark but they certainly came close. And they gave me tips on where to get liners to prevent such an amazing accumulation of hair. Although I know they shed in the house they probably save most of it for the car. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, not a speck of dust or sand anywhere. There was no odor of cleaning products which I super appreciated. Friendly and done when agreed upon. I have used another detailing service and was very unhappy with their service. Delighted to know that there is a place I can depend on and be pleased with. read more

I recently purchased a 1997 BMW 740iL. The inside of the car smelled like dog, the carpets were filthy, and a soda had obviously exploded in there. Auto Depot did a beautiful job of making the inside of my car like new, not an easy job for a 20 some year old car. I am impressed. I have been telling everyone about them. Our car was broken into and the robber cut himself in the process leaving blood stains throughout our car. I called Auto Depot inquiring about detailing, and they got me in the same day! When I picked up my vehicle there were NO traces of blood anywhere on the upholstery. All the stains were completely removed. Not only that, but the entire vehicle looked immaculate also! They did a lousy job on detailing they originally said they would use steam to remove a stain however when I pointed out the stain which was still apparent they scrubbed with vinegar and water they also tried an orange cleaner with a rag . Nothing professional about this hillbilly detailing shop. Take your car else where these people don't know what detailing is not what a good job is suppose to look like. read more

Amazing Job! I would give them more stars if I could! My husband's car was virtually a rolling trash can; between kids, having multiple jobs, and moving cross country, he hasn't had time to care for it. It literally looks as close to new as a 2001 car can. Auto Depot got rid of stains, smells, crud that I thought we'd have to live with. Thanks for a fantastic job! read more

After researching at great length a variety of auto detailing businesses I was ecstatic to have found Auto Depot. After explaining to Doug the unique problem we were dealing with, he assured me he'd go the extra mile to take care of it. We had an odor in our newly bought 2009 Prius that was an oil based aroma therapy product embedded into the car. We didn't know the source of where the oils were embedded. Doug and his technicians worked ceaselessly to eliminate the odor and they did a magnificent job. What impressed me most of all was how it took 2 trys to get it right. When I brought the car back a day later, without hesitation Doug and his technicians redid the whole car a 2nd time at no extra charge. He problem solved with me and was very motivated to not only get to the root of the odor problem, but to also use the necessary products to eliminate it. I can't overstate the quality of service I received from Auto Depot. They also did a superb job on detailing the interior and exterior of the Prius.
