I went to a detail shop in Silver Spring - and in order to be politically correct I will refrain from naming them here. I went there for a touch-less wash, but they do details as well. I went inside to pay and when I came out his guy was showing me how great of a detailer he was because he noticed some issues on my cars hood (there were no issues just bugs) - so he was scrubbing my hood with a "compound" as he called it and a microfiber cloth. My car is six months old, and the microfiber cloth he scrubbed with left the entire hood with micro scratches on the black paint. I was furious, but the damage was done - why he thought this was OK is subject for another review. Anyway - after the damage was done I called Squeaky Clean and spoke with Jonathan who is extremely friendly and polite on the phone. He asked for photos of the damage before telling me they could help or not. I took a picture and he called me right back and told me has done work like this (fixing damage by other detail shops) and could help. I booked an appointment for 48 hours later. The appointment was for 7am and his crew showed up at 7:01am. They worked diligently for three hours and restored the exterior of my car to better condition than it was when I drove it off the lot. They removed all the damage done by the shoddy shop in Silver Spring and did so while I got to sit around on a Sunday morning watching TV in pajamas - the best of both worlds. If you need a car detail, call Jonathan - don't risk going to shops where they will damage your car, it isn't worth the savings! read more

I give the team credit -- it was hot as hell July the day they worked on my car. They showed up on time and spent hours working. Upon first appearance the car looked great. However I had county sticker residue on my windshield and they did not get it off. For a $400 cleaning (not including tip) I expect perfection. Someone bought me a gift certificate for a Diamond Detail SUV package, and Jonathan promptly took my friend's money and mailed the certificate. When I tried to schedule the appointment, Jonathan heard where I wanted the service (same place he mailed the certificate), and he abrasively said "we don't go there." I was dumbfounded. He asked me to email him the address and he'd try to work something out. I was asking for an appt 10 days away (with two cars, per his requirement), but two weeks passed, and I never heard from him. He didn't even bother to respond. I decided then to ask for a refund, so called again, and again he was friendly on the phone and said to email him and he would send a refund. I was understandably skeptical. He said he would mail the check that day, and while it did eventually come, it was more than a week later. I can't speak to the quality of service for the washes because, unfortunately, I never got that far. Please improve service and pay more attention before you take someone's money if you have no intention of following through. read more

I also agree with all of the 5 stars and glowing recommendations for Squeeky! I had my mini van detailed and it was done with fabulous detail and care. My mini van is a wheelchair adapted with a ramp. Thus, my vehicle is used quite a bit and hard with my mobility scooter going in and out grinding dirt, mud, salt, and other things in the van's interior. Jose showed up at 7 am sharp and made my van look like it was brand new again. All of the ground in dirt, salt, and mud just disappeared! I strongly recommend using Squeeky Clean for your next auto detailing. The convenience factor alone is well worth it but their price was better than similar businesses. It's clear that Jonathan has a well-run business and takes great pride in his work. I had my car detailed today - in 40 degree weather no less. Jonathan called in advance, arrived as scheduled and was very professional. My Mini Cooper was a mess. A bag of potting soil had broken open and there was dirt everywhere. Add to that the fact that it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in about a year...well, there was a fair amount of "gunk" to clean up. Jonathan worked for roughly two hours and in that short time my car was miraculously transformed! I didn't have to waste time sitting at a detailers waiting on the service. It was done in our alley all while I was able to work on other things. Claimed they did not damage my dashboard because the materials they use could not possibly have been responsible. Funny how that works -- in perfect condition right before and a few days later the dashboard is suddenly peeling on my Lexus, which I keep in excellent condition.As far as they are concerned that was the end of the issue. After my initial inquiry for pricing & services Johnathan responded very quickly & got my appointment setup. I experienced a few scheduling conflicts & he was very accommodating. Johnathan & his associate arrived yesterday morning and after a walk around just to confirm what services were being performed they got to work. It had been months since my car had been washed so it was affected by the snow, rain, salt & sand from the winter. They completed the job right on time & walked me through some imperfections on my vehicle & gave recommendations for corrective measures that would protect the paint on my vehicle. Would absolutely recommend this company! Jonathan and his partner came this morning to give our Subaru Forester the Diamond treatment. They spent about 2 hours turning our car from one filled with errant raisins, cheerios (we have a toddler) and sand from a recent beach trip into one that looks and smells like one you'd actually want to ride in. I think these folks are great and will be returning my business. I got the WORKS. As for the detail job, I think it was great, though I admit I can't well judge. The car was very clean afterwards. Also, the service was great. Prompt, both in arrival and conclusion, courteous and accommodating to my needs. They really could not have done better. Their online component is also a big plus for me. It was easy to purchase the service, and I got several emails (but not too many) confirming the purchase and reminding me of the appointment. I am really disappointed with the customer service and the lack of interest that this company's detailer showed when he came to my house here in Silver Spring. I was really looking forward to this detail because I bought THE WORKS PACKAGE , which is apparently the best detail package you can get, for my boyfriends Lexus. He really doesn't take care of the car as he should , inside is messy and with grease marks and the exterior is so dirty it makes the car look old I was told this was the perfect package for me and I was hoping it looked perfect for his birthday. The day of the appointment came and lets just say it was one bad thing after another. First off, they were late to the appointment, like really late, 1:30 hours late to be honest, which was not that big of a deal because they come to my house and I chose a day that I was not working but at the end of the day I had to be at home waiting for them . He arrived and didn't even say sorry or give an excuse he just asked for the car keys to start the detail So i just let him do his thing hoping for the best possible results. So half way through the detail he calls me out , and he tells me that he would not be able to do the clay bar treatment on the exterior because he had "run out of product" ..... I just had no words , so I just said as respectfully as possible with all that situation going on to do his best and lets just get it over with. After about 3 hours of detail.... I was given the car keys back and I had to immediately pay and he disappeared, he was gone in a blink of an eye ... When i went to check the Lexus I just felt like a foll to be honest.. First off, the drive way was dirty, he did not even bother to clean up some of the dirt and messy products used around. Exterior detail looked OK, but not good for a 540$ detail to be honest but fine enough. When I opened the door , dust was gone and smell was nice, but the seats were a different story , what their customer service guy said about their steam clean and sanitation that went up to 300 degrees seemed to either not have been done in my case or just does not work at all... I was very upset because I just cant give this car to my boyfriend as a surprise anymore, I guess I should not have let myself be convinced by all the good reviews I read before deciding to call this company, WILL NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND AT ALL!! read more

Amazing service that compelled me to write my first review in years. Someone vomited puked barfed (lots of synonyms to people can find this with search terms!) in the car, and I contacted all of the highly rated detailing companies around the beltway for help cleaning. Squeeky Clean was miles beyond better the other companies I contacted in getting back to me, giving a clear and thoughtful quote, and communicating what they could do to help with linger horrible odor in my car. I received a response almost immediately when I submitted a request through the website. I don't remember who I spoke to on the phone, but the man on the line was friendly , and clearly explained what I would need. Again, I'm not sure who I was communicating with, but they very conveniently texted me through out the day responding to my follow up questions and coordinating my appointment window. No expensive deposit required. The highlight- Chris showed up exactly at 7am on the dot and was so calm, clear, and confident that he could get my car cleaned up. He was right and did such a great job on the car and charged me a very fair amount. He took exactly the amount of time he said he would. For me, it was the simplest thing in the world. So we decided to go with this guy because of the great reviews and got several great surprises. There's an issue with Yelp's scheduling system which meant that the appointment that we made wasn't available, but he was super fast to call us and arrange a time that would work instead. We were also surprised to find out that he comes to you, which is awesome. I even wonder if you could have this guy detail your car while you're at work or something. Judging by his accommodating and polite demeanor, I wouldn't be at all surprised. He did a quick and thorough job, and when it was over, I was asking him about the upholstery and he showed me exactly what he does to clean it and said that if I ever had any questions wanting to clean the car myself, I could call him and he would be happy to tell me what to do. Wherever you are, he'll need access to water and electricity, which is possibly the only drawback of him coming to you, so plan for that. Service could not be better. read more

I agree with every 5 star review posted here; Squeeky Clean is the real deal. Jonathan just left my home after detailing my '12 4Runner. I have two small children so for one, they tend to get crumbs, food, juice, and toys scattered and lost within the seats. Two, it's super convenient to have a mobile detailing company come to your home to detail as opposed to sitting around a mall or auto shop for an hour or so to have your car detailed when you could be at work or at home. Jonathan is very friendly and punctual. I had scheduled for him to come by my home at 7 am for an interior cleaning and he arrived 5 minutes early. In 40 degree winter weather, he got the job done with no complaints. As promised he thoroughly detailed for an hour and a half and there were no more crumbs on the seats, dust or drink spills on the dash, or salt and dirt on the floors. The prices are very competitive compared to other independent detailers I have been to and the convenience of being at work or home while Jonathan's company details your car is worth every bit! They don't charge you extra for stubborn stains and they don't charge you for over time. They charge for a flat rate of the specified service and that's it!
