I was very disappointed at the level of service I received. Nothing they said was accurate, there was zero follow up and follow through all along the way. After being told I would definitely have my car ready to pick up by lunch time, then I heard nothing and had to call. Then told they were still waiting on part to come and only after pushing for more did they say that actually the part was in and that it was ready by 1:30p. Then told I would be picked up by 2 and at 3 when no one showed I had to call and find out they never sent anyone and would send someone at that time. I will never be coming back, and thats not even mentioning the ridiculous mark up on parts. I overheard them quote a man $140 for a oil change and then blame the cost of oil. I just got an oil change while on vacation in the mountains and only paid $100. The part they quoted me was also really high and only came down after I started to question them about it. I would not recommend this place. zero stars for me. I almost forgot the most disturbing part, I came in for a latch repair/replacement and got told that I needed a new ball bearing, alignment, and that I had issues with the suspension. Ive had this car serviced many times in the last few months, it has new tires, new belts, and new brakes, not to mention a new transmission, and an alignment was done. Trusted mechanics have inspected it many times and never mentioned the parts they mentioned. Because of all that has gone wrong here I dont trust anything they say.. read more

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any auto shop. The manager promised, "Drop it off in the morning and we'll have it done by the end of the day." That was a lie. I had to call them at 4:40 p.m.--20 minutes before closing--just to find out they hadn't touched my car and wanted to keep it overnight. The professionalism was nonexistent. I made an appointment the day before, yet when I arrived, the manager didn't take any of my information and rushed through the interaction as if my time didn't matter. Most importantly, I clearly told them that my transmission issue only happens on hills. The manager even confirmed this in his notes. Despite that, they never tested the car on a hill. Instead, they only drove it on flat ground and topped off the transmission fluid. When I asked why they didn't test it where the problem actually occurs, the manager literally said, "I didn't want to get stuck on a hill with your car." So they kept my car all day, ignored the issue I came in for, did nothing to diagnose it, and still tried to charge me for adding fluid. When I questioned this, the manager dismissed me with, "Next time take your car to the Hyundai dealership." This shop is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. They wasted my entire day and never even attempted to check the problem I came in for. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. read more

As an Uber driver, it was extremely important to have my car serviced so that I could continue making money. Honestly, I didn't even believe I would be seen today. Let alone within the first 20 minutes of me meeting the staff. The staff saw that I was in low spirits and was able to lift them with their kindness and hospitality . I called to get my car scheduled for their recommended repairs from my first fix with them. When I made the appointment it was Monday and they said we can get you on Wednesday. I thought great! Wasn't expecting to get on so soon. Nonetheless I explained that I have an oil leak and I am not sure if it was from the repairs the had stated the car needed or something new. The guy told me no problem we will check that and let you know when we are in there. Just remind them when car is dropped off. Perfect I said. Son dropped car off around 9am and I called them shortly after to remind them about oil leak as discussed when making appointment. The guy ( I say guy because I don't want to put his name down as much as I would like) said thank you will make sure it's on the list. Thereafter, no one calls. I follow up around 4pm to see if car is almost done for pick up as I need to make arrangements. They stated oh the guy taking car of you car is gone for the day and we will need to keep your car overnight. Like nothing! Note: I need my car to get to work, out household doesn't have additional cars to use like others. Next day they call and say good news/bad news. BTW you actually don't need the repairs we told you needed before but will most likely need a new engine for $10,000. And they didn't even check the leak yet! Ummm hello! How you gonna tell me I need a new engine without even checking the leak?! Or check leak by taking engine out to see if it can be repaired, and do the job, but will need it again another day and cost is $1600 not $1095 from the very first estimate. What else am I gonna do, I need my car fixed. Now Friday comes around and still they have not completed my car. communicating has been next to obsolete. I am the one who has had to initiate to keep up with my car. And again I'm told guess what we will need your car until Monday, we haven't finished, gave this excuse about labor and parts and so on just like the last few days! They have had my car now 3 days! From a days job. Come Monday they call my husband not me, so I tell him you talk to them cause I am extremely unhappy with them, and they tell him we still have to check it and now the cost is up to $2000. Mind you my authorization was for $1299 since they were compensating for inconvenience. Monday evening comes around, no calls!!!!! I have to follow up around 4:30pm so I can go get car. No Surprise! They are not done and need my car again another day because they haven't finished. IDK what the hell they have been doing with my car for 6 days but apparently not a dam thing! I'm so surprised these guys are still in business with their conniving asses! Very poor customer service and they want to charge you for all their faults! Never go to them unless you have all the time in the world to put up with their BS! read more
