They jumped on the phone and made arrangements for me with a place they were pretty sure could help me. I drove up there the same day and had all my issues sorted. My point is this: Wouldn't it be great if every business's first goal was a happy customer? My situation was VERY tricky and not-at-all common. Friendly and a a Store Manager that goes beyond for his customers!!…read more Ordered Rims for my vehicle and called me to swing in to get them swapped stating they weren't busy around 9am Went in dropped off and asked approximately how long Eugen said 1.15hrs so I went ahead and started working remote... 2hrs went by and was getting worried because my doctors appointment was at 1130. I went back and asked Eugen approximately how much longer he said should be soon and didn't understand why it's taking so long.. I said I'll be missing my doctors appointment and wasn't expecting to wait this long or I would've scheduled a different day or time. He said no worries, and gave me his keys to his personal car...... This was not necessary and beyond shocking on how great of manager and person Eugen is overall. I took him up on his offer made it to my appointment down the street came back and my vehicle was complete.
