The tire was also the wrong size and bigger than it should have been. When I told them it was the wrong size, the employee tried to convince me it was fine and the tire was the right size. I asked them to remove the tire and give me my old tire back and they refused, stating I needed to pay for the service they provided. They also said they take your credit card number for payment, instead of a credible payment method. I had to call Antioch PD to get my tire back. I did not pay them.
