They refused to give me a second key on this one year old vehicle. A new key fob from Chrysler cost me 250. for the key and 250 dollars to have it programmed. Even then when the new fob was received I could not attach it to a key chain because the part of the key came without the top portion that connects it to a chain. Chrysler 24 in Brockton on Belmont Street told me that that portion of the part is sold separately for another 50.00. So it will cost me an additional 550. to have a second key!!! Tell Toyota no second key, no sale

WARNING -- PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS McGEE DEALERSHIP!…read more Salesperson Mark Quershe. Sales manager. Hi everyone, I strongly encourage you to read my experience before deciding to buy a car from this McGee dealership. I had an extremely disappointing and terrible experience here. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt that I was treated with disrespect and faced a judgmental attitude from some of the staff. I personally felt uncomfortable and wondered whether the way I was being treated was influenced by the fact that I am Asian. Their attitude only seemed to become friendlier after I made it clear that I was seriously interested in purchasing a car. I worked with a salesperson named Mark Quersher. Throughout the process, I felt like they treated me as if I didn't understand basic numbers or how car pricing works. They offered me only $20,000 for my trade-in, even though I believed the actual market value of my vehicle was closer to $30,000. I also had concerns about how the tax savings related to my trade-in were calculated and explained to me. Instead of feeling that everything was transparent, I felt confused and disappointed by the way the numbers were presented. Eventually, even though I was not happy with the price, I agreed to purchase the car because I really wanted it. However, the worst part happened the following day. After we had agreed on the price, I returned to the dealership with a bank check ready to complete the purchase. At that point, I was told that someone else was supposedly test-driving the car, and I was asked to pay an additional $300 to purchase it. When I questioned why the agreed-upon price had suddenly changed, the situation became even worse. The Sales Manager came out with what I felt was an aggressive and heated attitude and used language and behavior that I found extremely disrespectful. For a major dealership, I expected professionalism, honesty, transparency, and respect for customers. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. In my personal experience, this dealership was unprofessional, disrespectful, and extremely disappointing. It was a huge waste of my time. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a car here carefully review all numbers, get everything in writing, and make sure you fully understand the deal before returning to complete the purchase.

I brought my vehicle to Planet Subaru for a warranty repair, and after being told by Copeland…read moreSubaru in Hyannis that I had to replace my radio (head unit) with an after market brand at my cost. After learning on my own that this part was on an extended warranty as the result of a class action law suit, I brought the car into Planet. They confirmed the problem and the warranty. The parts was ordered and received in a few days. I scheduled an appointment and the repair was done in a few hours; they even gave me a loaner car at no cost. Everybody I dealt with was pleasant and professional. It was a great experience, especially knowing that this repair only cost me time. If something goes wrong with anything you own, Google the issue, it may be covered by the manufacturer.

Recently purchased 2020 wrx sti through Barrett who was helpful and kept the sale straightforward…read moreand simple. Richard in the business department was friendly and was nice and clear through every step as I was financing with them which they did beat my rate. The reason this is a 3 star and almost a 2 honestly not to be dramatic, This car was marked down as sold by me with a down payment on a Saturday and I came back with my trade in the following Thursday to complete the transaction and actually had to sit and wait to give more time for them to detail and then apply the ceramic coating to the car after finalizing paperwork. Just for the car to come out looking no different almost like they sprayed the pressure washer once over before pulling it out. Interior was never given a once over and actually had a lighter on the seats from a technician which isnt a great look. Honestly not the biggest deal except for one thing that drives me up the wall. This car has NEON YELLOW calipers not only did they not even try to clean them I got the car with them completely black lol. Barrett sales was great aswell as Richard nothing really falls on them but whoever is back there servicing or specifically cleaning detailing a car getting sold needs to figure it out or go. Just make sure they clean your car to your expectations maybe you wont care as much as me.

The deal seemed too good to be true and Boy it was. Yes he fixed anything that broke within the three month warranty, which was a lot. Even after that, the suspension is shot the alignment always been off. Need to get new tires. The blower for the heat in air-conditioning blew on the last day of my warranty, Bob did give me the part, but I had to pay to have it installed only six months after purchasing the $16,000 car the calipers came off of one of my brakes which resulted in almost $1000 in brake work. Bob lied several times and said what a great car this was and how I wouldn't have to make any repairs for a very long time. The engine mounts are very loose in the car makes obscenely loud. Sounds when idling. In short on paper it looks like the best XC 90 I had ever purchased but in reality, it is the worst car I've ever purchased in my life Especially being a Volvo, which is usually the king of luxury and comfort at a reasonable price. The suspension is completely shot on this car. It's one of the roughest rides I've ever had. Most of the interior was broken and a lot of the wiring is wrong because random codes just turn on and off whenever they want don't be fooled by the cheap prices in low miles. In Bob's defense, he did fix the bare minimum of what he needed to fix but I personally would never buy a car from him ever go to a real dealer
