Go through the vehicles before you sell them. Then tell customers the bank requires them to take a warranty, no bank requires that. They do that so that when the customer brings the vehicles back they use the customers warranty. No out of pocket for them. They also messed up my registration and can't fix it. Communication is terrible. No customer service skills. They had my truck for almost 4 weeks when I finally got it back, I felt I deserved a full tank of gas and a detailed truck, nope. Didn't even fill it when I first picked it up and it wasn't detailed then either. I could go on but I won't read more

I was in a car accident in the middle of April (not my fault). The other driver was an uninsured motorist. It was taking to long for my own insurance company to cut me a check for my vehicle that they had declared totaled. I needed a vehicle immediately so I started searching on the internet. I found the perfect vehicle at Padula Auto, the only problem was that it was 75 miles from my house and I was low on cash waiting for the insurance check. I talked with Cam and he set me up with financing. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The car was originally owned by an older couple and sat in their garage for a number of years. Cam told me not to worry, they would take care of any issues I had due to the vehicle not being driven, literally, for years. I drove the car home and it passed the NH Safety and Emissions Inspections with flying colors. Two days later I noticed smoke coming from the engine, the rubber boot on my axle shaft assembly had split and grease was leaking onto the motor. My mechanic replaced it and true to his word, sight unseen, Cam sent me a check to cover the cost. Three days after that I got two flat tires. The sidewalls of those two tires had blown out because the car sat so long. I went to the mechanic and had four brand new tires installed, sent Cam the bill and, once again, he took care of the bill sight unseen. My car has run great since the first time I drove it. I can't say enough good things about Cam and the employees at Padula Auto. I do know this, the next time I'm looking for a vehicle the first place I'm checking is Padula Auto, even if it is 75 miles from home. read more

WHAT? 4- They're nice. 5- They treat women with respect - should be a given, but if you're a woman and you're reading this- you've no doubt had a bad experience with buying a major item and a sales clerk talking down to you. 6- It's a small, family run business - they care. 7- I am a career sales person and there's nothing I hate more than buying cars. I Bought a car from Padula November 2017. Cam was all about closing the sale but made promises for follow up that were not kept. The sales deal included a signed 6 mo Padula warranty & I was promised an electronic key was being made & would be sent to me right away. Neither happened! The Ford Focus clutch failed within a month after I purchased the car. Neither Cam or anyone else at Padula ever returned my multiple calls or emails over the next 3 months ! Very poor follow up customer service in my case- unacceptable. I had to bring the car to a Ford dealer to fix the clutch problem. They may be great at the sale but beware of after sale promises they don't keep. read more

I went there on memorial day, when they were closed, and Paul chatted with me for a good half hour, and let me test drive a Jeep I was looking at. He then told me to call Joe any time, which I did that day, and we settled on a fair number and made a deal. After 11 months, I started to have severe brake problems and brought it back for service. Bought a car here, nothing but problems. They repaired things in the 30 days because of the Mass.lemon law. Have had more problems since. They had done the brakes on this car a while before selling and less than 4,000 miles and they're grinding. I try to do brake job and find caliper bolt hole stripped and a heli coil in place that is not holding caliper tight, hence the premature wear. They do half a** repair work. Instead of replacing knuckle, they stuck heli coil that doesn't tighten. Really?? No concern for their customers safety!!!!! Junk men, beware!!!! read more

I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Joe in 2012, took it to a Chevy dealer to have work done under warranty. Got a call from the dealer three hrs. later asking me to come down to the shop. When I arrived the service manager greeted me and led me to the truck that was still on the lift. He had kept it on the lift to point out all the rust in places where even the hardest driven vehicles would not see corrosion. The mechanic doing the work had called all the other technicians in the shop to see it. The vehicle had been in a flood and Joe Padula would not take the truck back! So before I get into my experience all i can say is please, please, please find another dealership. Do what ever you have to do, save more money, work on your credit literally anything so you do not have to deal with these scumbags. They are very nice and do everything you ask them to do before you close the sale. Tell you that your family and only sell vehicles that are thoroughly inspected. As soon as you buy the vehicle it is like they never met you and have no idea what your talking about. Every vehicle you look at is oh yea we got that one in from a family friend or old person who never drove it much and was meticulous with the upkeep, and don't even ask about the "Padula Warrenty" because there is not one. Every time you try to schedule maintenance inside the warrenty they are crazy busy and just some how cant squeeze you in. My experience was lied to about the car history, multiple issues with my vehicle and on going, no call backs or email returns, and supposed to get a second key. Never happened, and god forbid you go to the actual place and ask questions its like you are a bother to them for even being there. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
