Best experience today at Coastal VW! Brought my car in for a few things and a detail. My car looks brand new! I didn't know it was possible for it to look so good again! The service advisor made sure everything was taken care of and my car was perfect when I picked it up.

does anyone really like getting unsoliciting mail from companies that push their product thru us mail??? my biggest peeve from these companies like this coastal volkswagen buys mailing lists to send you junk mail and clog up the postal service! just received a letter with the heading on the envelope: important document enclosed! this is deceptive advertising and whi ever feels this way shoukd contact everyone to boycott any business with this deceptive mail threw the usps! what's enclosed is what i will post but bottom line! it's just plain and simple advertising! stop this unwanted mail in a time when millions are dealing with bigger issues than receiving a letter saying important documents enclosed! i would never buy from any company that does this! so i make myself very clear!!! this is not acceptable and this company has no idea what i drive or know anything!

    2022 VW ATLAS SE

Just purchased a vehicle (VW Atlas SE) here and couldn't have been more satisfied with the level of service I received. Negotiations were simple - no haggling - and we didn't pay more than sticker (another dealership close by was asking 10% over sticker price!!!) our salesperson Evan was fantastic, as was his manager Joe and The finance manager Amanda. Couldn't recommend this dealership more.

Purchased my 2018 VW Beetle here and they treated me like family. I was very happy with the service here and I was able to get the car for the monthly payment that I wanted. The dealership is nice inside defienitly small and I missed seeing it right off the exit at first. Its tucked away right behind the Sunocco gas station. Parking can be tight at times when they are moving cars around from what I can see but it's a small but mighty dealership. Everyone was really nice from the salesperson (Richard) and manager (John). They have free coffee and snacks, charging station for phones, free wifi, a gear store, small play area for kids and a small waiting area with comfy leather chairs.

Both of my back blinkers were out, and I was immediately quoted with a price which I thought was bizarre because they didn't even know what the issue was. I told them the blinker issue was more than just simply adjusting the wiring, as other car mechanics had tried to fix them by maneuvering the wiring. They had my car for an entire day just to have me pick it up and not only did they not fix one blinker, when I informed them that they did not fix the blinker, they told me that it would only take five minutes to fix it. Hence, they did exactly what I told them not to do. They had my car an entire day and charged me $189 to do what other car mechanics were doing for free. They then told me the entire car would have to be rewired for $2000, when I bought the car for $5000. I would never go back to this Nissan

Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

When shopping for cars of this caliber, you expect to be treated professionally without the sales pitch and nonsense we've all experienced in car-buying. Buying a 6 digit car out of State can be daunting as there's many unknowns but Jamie immediately made it apparent that I was dealing with the right person. I knew after my initial call with her that I'd be buying a car from her. Jamie was responsive, patient and more importantly willing to be attentive to my needs. She provided me with everything from high resolution pictures to the specs on the brake pads. Jamie was open and up front; the exact opposite of what car sales has evolved into. I can't tell you how many dealers in the Washington DC area I've been to where you get sized up by a sales person who won't shut up. Jamie understands this market and the buyers in this segment. She never pestered me or tried to double down after our initial call but always made herself available to me because she genuinely wanted to see me IN my dream car (not just SELL me my dream car). The professionalism that Jamie and McLaren Boston provided is one that reflects an organization that isn't too proud to make it about you. Jamie and the team at McLaren Boston has earned her customer for life and should I continue to be blessed enough to drive cars they sell, I will look no further than McLaren of Boston (specifically Jamie) for all my future exotic/super car purchases. We bring the car in regularly for maintenance initially at your Brockton location and over the past year or more to your Hanover location. On every visit we are told that a multi-point inspection was completed and that the car is running great, no issues. For almost a year now we have raised concern about the Emissions warning light. This began anytime we would the driver side passenger door. We were told that the problem was resolved. It continued. We were concerned about a rattling sound from the engine. We were ignored by your techs until we were brought in for a recall. My wife had asked how much time was left on our CarDoc coverage, she was told until September 2026. She reiterated the problem with the rattling and the Emissions light. After the recall visit, my wife paid a part charge and was told everything was fine. The car stalled as she was leaving your parking lot. She returned it to the service department and without explanation it was fixed, and she was sent on her way, but the rattling remained and the Emissions light was still illuminated. We were unable to schedule another visit until last week because of your low inventory of courtesy loaners. The service representative attempted to charge me an assessment charge (on two occasions), which I believe was grossly inappropriate given the fact that we brought the car to you multiple times and it was cleared, and despite our concerns, an assessment was not actually done (previously). When I came to retrieve the car this morning, I was handed a suggested repair list with the estimated sum of over $5K. This is alarming, we have been diligent about the preventive maintenance of this car. We have also tried to identify problems so they could be remedied prior to the expiration of the CarDoc agreement. We have now been told that the repairs needed are no longer covered because time or mileage has lapsed. I understand CarDoc to be an upselling practice by the sales department. For the purpose of customer retention and locking the customer in to bringing the car to you rather than a private mechanic. It also is a mechanism used to trigger the purchase of a new car once the CarDoc agreement expires. This would explain the excessive calls and e-mails we get from Ocean requesting to buy back the vehicle (i.e. trade-in). Furthermore, it is no secret that there is money to be made by high-markup repairs or parts that aren't covered by CarDoc and unused or expired plans assist in generating revenue for both the service and sales departments. I also know that the dealership is able to keep the unearned revenue if the CarDoc agreement expires before the life of the vehicle or its performance decline. What concerns me is the practice of the "Wear Down Game." We were asking for repairs within the CarDoc coverage window and we were stalled and repeatedly told, "all is well." Now that our coverage is gone or minimized, we are suddenly told that there is a host of needed repairs. I find this practice to be unethical, and I intend to pursue the matter until I am satisfied with a reasonable remedy. Best regards,

After purchase, drove home on the highway and noticed right away a vibration with the tires. I went back right away and they told me that there might be a flat spot on one of the tires. They told me to drive 50 straight miles to see if this would make it go away, plus they said Ford motor company doesn't like them to fix anything until 3 months of ownership. This is a lie. Went back a second time after driving the 50 straight miles. The mechanic and I road on the highway together and he admitted there was a problem and this was after he said he balanced two tires. Well after returning, the service dept. called me over and admitted there was a problem, but again told me Ford doesn't like them to fix anything until 3 months. He then said the mechanic told him my truck stops vibrating at 70mph. I told him that wasn't the case and demanded that they fix the problem. The service guy then hands me my keys to leave. Since this has happened, I don't believe the dealerships reviews are true. I since have had a tire service company find the problem and I have damaged rims and tires. So now I have to find an honest dealership somewhere who will honor Ford's warranty on

OK, let me share something with you…read more On Tuesday, the day after the Boston Marathon, my wife and I went to look at cars. We visited the Porsche dealership in Norwell early in the morning. When we arrived, the showroom was empty, so we walked around for a few minutes before a salesman approached us. He introduced himself as Matt and asked if we were being helped. Matt went through the usual questions to qualify us as serious buyers. I told him we were looking for a certified pre-owned Porsche Macan, preferably black with a black interior. He said he would check the inventory and see what was available. When he returned, he told us he had found a couple of options and would bring one around for us to see. He pulled the car up to the showroom, we looked it over, and then took a short test drive. On the way back, he suggested we stop by the pre-owned inventory lot to see if there was anything else we might like. Back at the showroom, Matt asked what I thought of the car. I told him I liked everything except the wheels. He said he had another car to show us that had the style of wheels I preferred and that he would bring it around in a few minutes. He came back shortly after with another car. This one had the wheels I liked, fewer miles, and the right price, but it was silver. We talked it over, and I decided, "I think this is the car. Let's do it." We went inside to start the paperwork. At that point, another salesman brought a different customer over to look at the same car we had just agreed to purchase. I asked Matt what was going on. He said it was a previous customer of his, but that he would find out more. We continued with the paperwork. His manager evaluated my trade-in, and they began putting together the numbers. Meanwhile, I noticed the other customer, who was white, still looking at the same car. For context, my wife is Chinese and I am of mixed race. Shortly after, Matt came back and said, "I'm sorry, they sold the car to the other man." I was stunned. I said, "How is that possible? We're sitting here working on the deal. Your manager has already given us numbers, and we've started the paperwork." The general manager, Rai, came in and said, "I'm sorry, this has never happened before." My wife responded, "That is the most racist thing I have ever seen." At that point, I said, "Let's go," and we left the dealership. As we were leaving, Matt said he would find another car for us and follow up. The general manager also said he would do everything in his power to locate the right car. They never did. My wife and I will buy a car, just not from that dealership.
