It is a SCAM! 7 trips (not an exaggeration) to the service department and they somehow still can't figure out how to repair the AC correctly. Convenient though that they charge a $100+ fee every time I come in to get it looked at even with having a warranty. 3 months into the process and AC is still not working correctly. They must know the warranty is about to expire. Why drive to El Reno to this awful company when there are lots of better options in the city? They don't care about their customers.
