To keep it brief, measures were taken to make as much money on my claim as possible while not communicating with me one time prior to filing a claim on my insurance. I've since had to switch companies as my rate increased shortly after. Nonetheless, before adding damage to an insurance claim I have been spoke with prior. To make it worse.... When I picked up my car, the gal at the front desk was so so so rude to a Walmart delivery driver. I was sickened by the way she spoke to and about the lady- even after she was long gone. Took 7 days to repair a 2 inch scratch on the rear passenger door of my new truck. Finally picked up the truck and they used dirty cloths to wash the tinted window and left hairline scratches in the tint.. Their answer to this was there were a few bubbles in the tint....WTH does that have to do with anything....They also said they'd have it cleaned up and washed and ready. It looked like they used a dirty wash rag to wash the truck with...Not very clean. Left polishing compound crusted in the door channel. While their prices are reasonable, you'll get what you pay for..... Received a call from the owner this morning and it was agreed that communication was a big problem in this minor repair. He offered to replace the scratched tint and apologized for the inconvenience. Very productive conversation. I hope they follow through with everything we talked about...
