I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe and I am very happy with my whole car buying experience! I initially drove the 3.5h to buy a Honda Passport and I knew it had an accident because my sales rep Val sent me the carfax report right away. After inspecting and test driving I found some issues with the car. The brought it to their shop right away to check on the Honda. The Assistent Manager brought me in his office to tell me very honestly the shop is not able to fix those problems to my satisfaction. Since they knew I drove so far they offered me all the help possible to show and test drive as many cars as possible. After finding a good pick they gave me good deal on the car and on the warranty. Val even drove to the gas station to fill the car up for me! If I need to buy a new car again, I will contact them first and see what they have to offer. read more

Worst experience ever! (caution: long review but needed to be said) At first everything was great, I had applied online for the application, had a sales person named Norma called very professional and respectful. Went by to see the vehicle and I had already mentioned my credit was bad and I had money for whatever down. I test drive the vehicle and enjoyed the 2016 Acura ILX, then the senior rep or whoever she was ruined the guaranteed sale for Norma. Reason being, unprofessional and judged me after knowing my credit was bad. She came up to me and said that with what I had said I had for a down it wouldnt be enough, and couldnt be able to do anything that I would need 20%-30% down. The way she said it I could tell she assumed I was going to say cant do that, so therefore I asked how much and responded "its a lot, it would be way more than you said you had and your interest is high" there was no need for that there are ways to come at a customer, I been a car sales man so I know! I knew my credit is not great and therefore I had told Norma I had bad credit and I have so amount to put down but have more if needed, and i wrote that on the paper they give you to fill out, wrotethe amount and also specifically wrote down "but have more if needed." If they pay attention to deatils on paperwork they would have seen that and assumed well says he has more if needed so lets see how much he be able to put down. But after she told me it was $4000 down I said okay thats fine no issue and mentioned I had $5000 on me and after being told that her attitude changed. Because of the unprofessionalism she made Norma lose a sale. Turns out Norma was new, because Marcela called me and told me she was following up and mentioned Norma was new. For a new person she was doing great until the senior whatever she said her position was came up to me and ruined the sale. Therefore I took my business and money somewhere else (Toyota Mall of GA) and got me a 2015 BMW 428i. With just $3000 down. (Picture included of me with vehicle after purchased) If it wasnt for that one lady treating me like someone who wouldnt be able to afford anything and for judging me bc my credit is not great, she made Norma lose a guaranteed sale. I will start by saying if I could give any less than one star I would. This was the absolute worst car buying experience ever. In the contract the dealership has 14 days to pay off my trade in. I had to make the monthly payment on the vehicle I traded in to save my credit and they then paid my vehicle off after 14 days when I complained. I went to the tag office 35 days after purchase and they had yet to pay the TAVT on the vehicle I purchased from them. They reminded me again that they have 45 days to make the payment. I assume they just handle all payments on their contacts at the very last minute. They have finally made my TAVT payment now as I am here at the buford location voicing my displeasure in their quality of business. I would encourage any and all customers to steer clear of this unorganized joke of a business. read more

It was difficult getting a used car with our poor credit score when we went to our nearby Chevrolet Dealership (Maxie Price) however, the Salesperson, Key Brown promised to keep seeing what she can do after we left. A week later we got a call from Tanesha Randolph at Auto Gallery in Cummings and she convince us to at least come in and see. Her associate, Aaliyah Tate picked my husband and I in the car we were approved for and they made the process so smooth and stress free especially when we could not get in touch with our former insurance agent. Courteous and friendly staff. I arrived at a pre-arranged 930 appointment. The sales rep was in a meeting until 10am but it gave me time to walk around the parking lot. Michelle was my rep and she was courteous and polite. My only caution is that this dealer does sell "salvaged" titles. I was in the market for a gold xB which looks awesome but it took over an hour for them to finally provide me a requested CARFAX. The car was already a little overpriced but since it was a limited edition xB I was willing to pay a little higher. Unfortunately after I found out it was "salvaged" from a total insurance write off I was hesitant to pay extra. My dad drives a salvaged truck which is fine but buyer beware AND as in my case, resale and financing devalues those vehicles at least 20%. Auto Gallery was not willing to come down to my USAA financing costs so I had to walk away. This dealership is a 2 hour drive from my home and I really wished they had been honest and let potential customers when a vehicle is "salvaged." Like others, it would have saved me the 4hr drive and couple hours at the dealearship. I could be wrong but they really seemed to be trying to hide the CARFAX so there is that seed of doubt. I had seen a couple more reviews from customers driving a long way only to be disappointed as well. Bottom line is that it is a reasonable car dealer with courteous staff but be vigilant and check out the vehicles before purchasing and call them with clear and concise questions before driving long distances. read more

This is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever done business with. They've lied and haven't done their job. Additionally, they have raised their voices at me and have refused to provide any kind of help in regards to their atrocious customer service. Even the manager is horrible. In all honestly, I should invoice them for all of the gas I've wasted dealing with them (because they hang up the phone) and all of the stress they have caused. Which is a serious problem since I have chronic anxiety and this isn't what I needed. So save yourself a lot of hassle and go somewhere else. Being from out of town, my wife and I spent days trying to get information on a Sequoia. Finally, we got in touch with a salesman named Jeremy. Emails and questions went unanswered. Only after repeated questions, did we learn about hidden fees. We started a deal late on a Wednesday, filled out the finance paperwork, and agreed to talk the following morning at 9am. When we called, he was sleeping and not prepared for the meeting, very unprofessional. He said it was his day off, but he'd go in the office in an hour or so. He failed to mention any of this the night before. Not hearing back by lunch, we contact him, and he still had not gone into the office. So we called the dealership direct, and someone had just put down a deposit, making us miss out on the car. They did say they would call back letting us know whether or not the car sold, so we could proceed either way. (The never called back). I called back the next day making sure they don't run an inquiry on my credit since the deal fell through. Jeremy happened to answer the phone, and he proceeded to tell me there were 5 parties interested in the car, and that did everything he could. This was an outright lie. If there was other interest, he made no mention of it. He never once asked for a deposit. Moreover, scheduling an appointment, being woken up, taking hours to follow up, and arguing that he "deserves a day off too", was downright infuriating. No one returned my call regarding my question about running my credit. The dealership got the sale regardless, but Jeremy's laziness and unprofessional actions cost him a sale, and us a car, and I would not recommend this business. read more

We just purchased a 2003 Ford Escape from Auto Gallery in Gainesville, GA. Working with the salesman, Dustin, was a great experience. We felt he was very honest and was looking out for our best interest. However, we did have a situation with another individual after we went inside to begin negotiating a price. We were told that they misquoted the price and it was actually $995.00 more than what we were originally told. We ended up purchasing the vehicle anyways, because the price was one of the best we found on the type vehicle we purchased. I would return to this dealership and refer friends because of the competitive pricing they offer and I would definitely suggest they ask for Dustin. read more

Auto Gallery is knowingly selling a vehicle that was supposed to be sent to a junk yard. It is not in working order. It has numerous mechanical defects and was unable to be sold. They already sold it once and were forced to take it back by the insurance company and refund the buyer. They are selling it for $1k less than the previous owner purchased it. This place is horrible!!! Everyone is rude and will try to take advantage of you. I worked out a deal with them that included them doing some minor repairs on the paint on a car. They tried to lie to me claiming that we never discussed that. They magically remembered after I stood up from the negotiation table, out to my car and started to pull away. I thought that after I showed my willingness to not put up with them it would be a better experience. But no they told me that the car would be repaired and ready for pick up by a certain date. I showed up to no ready car. I had to ask them two times to register the title until they finally did three months later. DO NOT GO HERE THEY SUCK!!!! read more

Don't buy a car from these people! They will make you wait forever to sign papers, and they will lie. They told us there was an extra key to our vehicle at the other location, which we expected to get ASAP. But then after a week or so, we called and we got the run around. They said the would look for it and call me back....which they never did. Then after several more attempts to call, they said that they didn't have the extra key, and that they would let me buy one from them for $100---no way. And since I was told they had the extra key during the paperwork, they didn't give us a "we owe" to make one....During this whole situation, they were super rude on the phone, they would not answer the phone, and they would hang up on you. I went there today to view an 04 Colorado Z71. The pictures online were promising. They wanted 13,000 for it. I get there and there are huge dents and scrapes around the whole vehicle, tires were rotted, it was just bad. The KBB for it was $10,000 for good condition (which it was farrrr from). I offered 6,000 cash and the salesman wouldn't take me seriously at all ( He said its a Z71 it's worth far more) LOL. I instead went to Rick Hendrick in Buford and got a mid-sized truck for a great deal. Don't be fooled by crappy dealers. I'll never shop at this place again.
